Amy Crisci was incredible from start to finish. The process of finding a new home can be daunting and confusing, but Amy went above and beyond to make sure it all went smoothly. I would highly recommend Leaders, and Amy in particular.

This review is a long time coming but I just wanted to say the Sevenoaks team have been amazing through the whole process.First, I would like to thank Amy for finding us our perfect place! She knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us the opportunity to see the property as soon as it came on the market. Even in the rain we feel in love with it, so a million thank you’s, Amy.Due to Amy having a much deserved break we then delt with Dom for the rest of the process. He made it all as smooth as it could be, especially with us both being self employed. All the questions we had were handled with professionalism and care. We really felt like we were being looked after through the entire process. I did pop into the branch a few times to ask some questions and I felt so at ease with everyone in the office. We have been with other lettings companies before but this time we really felt like the whole team valued us as people and not just another tenant looking for a rental.Thank you to the whole team (Amy, Dom & Stephen!), I would highly recommend Leaders Sevenoaks.

Awful experience from start to finish. It started with Amy Crisci lying and giving false information about the flat I was moving to. Detailed things that weren't true, such as parking being available when it wasn't, and actually cost £1000 a year. She also lied to the people in the flat below me about fixtures such as dishwashers, that were actually not included with the property. Upon moving in she failed to tell me the door access code to the building, and gave me the wrong details for the landlord freehold person. She never told me who the utilities were with. It was all a guessing game. When I spoke to her manager he basically told me I was lying and protected herI guess management only care about the big house sales, commissions etc. When time to leave my property it took leaders 7+ working days, after a lot of asking and communication to get my deposit back. Still waiting, lots of promises but nothing is happening. The worst estate agent I have ever had the unfortunate experience of using. My advise is don't use them. Lies and false promises.

Amy at Leaders is exceptional at her job. She single-handedly made the whole (naturally quite stressful process) seamless. She was continuously on hand to answer questions and provide updates. I would recommend this Leaders branch and specifically Amy to all my friends, family and colleagues. Thank you!

I wanted to leave a review as I am a first time renter and both myself and my partner were feeling incredibly anxious about the whole process and didn’t know where to start. We have been supported immensely by Amy from the Sevenoaks branch who made the whole process easy and as smooth as possible. Any query we had she would respond almost immediately and get us up to speed with everything. It was as though she did all of the hard work for us. Having worked in referencing with Amy Crisci over a couple of applications, I couldn’t recommend her services any higher. Not only is she really polite and pleasant to work with, but she always exhausts every option her the tenants to give them the best possible outcome.
