We come here basically once every week. This has been our usual place to come for a coffee since. Service has been always great, coffee has been tasty. Nice environment too, definitely recommend

What a complete mess and lack of customer service, after waiting in line for a drive through I had to order at the window and in their rush to get me away they completely messed up my drink (I have the same drink 3 times a day) I had to park up and go in, where I had a server with the most disgusting attitude towards me (THE CUSTOMER). I work in hospitality and would not allow such appalling customer service. They got it wrong not me but I was made to feel like I was being a pain to them. I visit regularly three Starbucks but after today this will be two. Avoid this place during busy times as you are just a ‘cup’ to them

Having had the opportunity to experience the nighttime drive-thru at this Starbucks multiple times, I must say that the level of service is consistently impressive. The staff's exceptional service truly stood out during my recent visit. Despite the late hour, they were incredibly attentive, efficient, and friendly throughout my experience. It's not common to encounter such great service during the late nighttime hours, and I genuinely appreciate the dedication of the staff. For a remarkable late-night coffee run, I highly recommend considering this Starbucks branch. Their exceptional service truly sets them apart.

Excellent service. The staff were amazing and went over and above to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and made us feel welcome. This was more than generally expected from a non-independant coffee shop.It was clean and had a really fresh feel to it. It was spacious and felt comfortable at the same time. Frinks were delicious.Will be visiting again when we go to the Trafford Centre.

Clean, comfortable, modern, very user friendly, eat in, take away, drive through- peaceful relaxing atmosphere , helpful attentive friendly staff,foods beautifully displayed making choices easier - great food, great coffee. Highly recommend it.

Very prompt and courteous service. They asked about the loyalty card (the other local branch doesn't). They make the drink to a very good standard unlike the other local chain branch. Good level of seating and clean and tidy.

terribly dirty inside, it is impossible to take a table because all of them are not cleaned, rude service! I do not recommend this place!

My son went to the bathroom to find that there was poo on all the handles, the mirror, and spread on the walls and ceiling of the toilet. The toilet had not been flushed and it was full, wee on seat and floor. It was disgusting. Very upsetting. However we told the young staff there and they responded quickly. However my son was so upset we had to leave. Someone horrible had been in there.

Starbucks was clean, quiet, and had friendly staff. The service was quick, and my drink was made perfectly. The seating was comfortable, and the atmosphere was great for getting some work done. Overall, a great experience.
