I had unique experience in Rose clinic . it’s about three years I suffer from neck pain and hand numbness, but after just 4 sessions in rose clinic and treatment by Navid who has so much experience and knowledge I feel much better, definitely I will continue to go there as I am quite happy with his treatment.

Rose Clinic Performance Physiotherapy
Navid has helped me with a number of injuries and complaints I have come to him with. Not only have i fully recovered each time but he has given me a regime to build up my body and an enhanced education and awareness too. Other reviews point to the psychological component to his work, I can’t second this enough, every time I leave Rose clinic I feel like I have a foundation to push on from for all areas of life not just the physical. Very brilliant and kind man.

I can’t praise Navid highly enough. His accurate assessment of my injury, the hands on treatment I received and the progressive exercise plan he gave me, all contributed to faster healing. I had good follow up consultations with him following my initial appointment, and equally important was his psychological care. Remarkably, he enabled me to become positive about the enforced change to my lifestyle, which was so important in healing and recovery. Navid is a knowledgeable and talented professional; I wouldn’t consider seeing any other physio.

I started seeing Navid in February 2020 when I had a slipped disc in my neck which was causing me so much pain. I was struggling to walk for long periods and sleep at night. With regular appointments following his professional guidance on exercises and what I shouldn't be doing ( carrying heavy shopping), I began to heal and feel like myself again. Sometimes I forgot my exercises (old age!)and he went through them all again without being judgemental! I am very grateful the time and effort Navid has spent with me! Thank you

Navid’s talent for pinning down causes of a variety of issues and effectively treating them is extraordinary. This excellent physiotherapy with elements of psychological support have done wonders for me. At each session I learn something new, and I always leave the clinic motivated to take better care of myself. Navid has also been treating my young son, who has a complex medical history and a long term need for interventions. We are both very lucky to have found Navid before our problems became more severe and highly recommend him for all sorts of conditions and issues.

Navid is an excellent physio with excellent knowledge. Everytime I have suffered from a bad back and sciatic nerve he has helped me recover faster giving me a good excersice regime and manipulation to make me feel better and stronger. Would not go to anyone else!
