Ness Walk Hotel - 5 Star Luxury Inverness Hotel
A gorgeous property in a great location. But, we didn’t think of this as a five star property. They have very young people working at the restaurant and they clearly had very little experience. Service was slow and they’d often forget to bring us things like cream, more coffee or a drink. The staff were extremely formal. The property is gorgeous and is In an amazing location along the River.

My husband and I got married in the cathedral and had our reception with Ness Walk.We were eloping and so our day was just my new husband and I, we could not have chosen somewhere better, they made our day so memorable and I felt like nothing was too much trouble.The overall effort from the team was astounding as they made our evening something from a fairytale. We arrived to canapés and champagne cocktails. The team welcomed us by name and had set up everything as I had requested and the attention to details was incredible.They even sourced our favourite wine for us which was so amazing as it’s our special wine.We were taken to our table and the food was out of this world and stunning. We had a cake which after once we had cut it they then brought it to us all cut and beautifully presented!The following day when we came to get all of our decorations we were met with complimentary champagne and such wonderful hospitality!! Again just adding to the special touches. So Incredible!Thank you to you and your team for making our day a dream come true.We can’t wait to come back and have anniversaries here. We have now fallen in love with Inverness and hope to buy a holiday home here. So will look forward to regular trips to this stunning restaurant and hotel.

Ness Walk Hotel - 5 Star Luxury Inverness Hotel
Excellent room and a great welcome to the hotel. Staff and concierge Steve were very attentive. The room is lovely and the location is excellent. We did have one issue at the bar where we couldn't get service, but we emailed the hotel contact and within an hour they had come to our room to ask how they could fix it! On a Saturday night! Very impressive.

Ness Walk Hotel - 5 Star Luxury Inverness Hotel
Stayed here to celebrate walking the Great Glen Way. Being welcomed with a glass of champagne was really the only way to end walking 21 miles from Drumnadrochit. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There was a slight mix-up with our room, which meant we were in an accessible room but this made no difference to us. Appreciate the honesty from the staff over what had happened, especially from the Ops Manager Christopher. We also ate in the restaurant, which was excellent, especially the dessert. Lots of choice for breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended if you are looking for somewhere special to stay.

Ness Walk Hotel - 5 Star Luxury Inverness Hotel
Took a dear friend here for Afternoon tea on Monday 27th November. I had not been since it was the Maple Court.. what a difference! A beautifully decorated luxury Hotel which still manages to have a homely feel thanks to the welcoming and friendly staff. Our Afternoon tea was simply amazing and with our table being in the bay window, we had a lovely few of the river, and we had a lovely lady called Suzie ? Who made sure we had everthing we needed. I haven't stopped telling everyone what a wonderful afternoon we had. Thank you Ness Walk for your amazing , friendly hospitality, I will definitely be back in the future when i want to go somewhere special.

Ness Walk Hotel - 5 Star Luxury Inverness Hotel
A beautiful 5 star historic hotel. Large comfortable rooms. If you need anything the staff will do their best to oblige in a timely manner. The food was outstanding. I recommend the Scottish burger and chips (fries). Hotel located on the canal with stunning views. A 10 minute walk to downtown. Dogs are welcome everywhere in Inveness. Walking paths and pedestrian bridges along the canal allow picturesque views. Fly fishing groups use this canal daily to catch trout and salmon.

I went here on Saturday to Dj at a 70th birthday party. Lovely modern hotel on the banks of the river Ness. Private parking.Staff are very friendly and helpful and the building is pristine! I can’t comment on the bedrooms as I didn’t stay over but I’d imagine they are as good as the rest of the hotel: amazing!The guests certainly enjoyed their dinner which smelled lovely.Definitely a great place to stay in a central location!Nice, well kept gardens too!Great venue for a party without keeping other guests awake as it has a sound limiter which is set quite low, but from my point of view a workable volume. I didn’t set it off once! You don’t need to play loud to entertain and as my guests were attending a 70th birthday I think they appreciated the music being played at a reasonable volume.

Well this is one of the true 5 Star Experience in whole of Scotland.There isn't much to do in InvernessBut this Hotel really helps you to dive into luxury and just relax.Went there for my first anniversary and enjoyed it.The only downside is that you have to pay £20 for the parking.The breakfast was also good with a good variety

Ness Walk Hotel - 5 Star Luxury Inverness Hotel
Greeted with a warm welcome and a complimentary glass of champagne. Although my wife's glass had a crack in it and a chip in the edge. We were guided to our room by a porter who showed us around en route.Room was very clean and comfortable. Although our bathroom ceiling had chipped paint. The bed was big and comfortable but on our second night the bedside reading light would not turn off so it was light in our room.You get complimentary tea and coffee pods for the machine but there are no instructions on how to use it so we have up on this.We rang reception on the Saturday afternoon but nobody answered or called back.Breakfast and evening meals were just ok. However, the service staff are great.For the price paid and the expectation of a five star service, we felt disappointed and would sadly not recommend this hotel.
