The quality of service I receive from the owner and his team at Homecare Centre over the years has been absolutely incredible. Most of my visits are prompted by my need for advice as well as a product and Ihave always been delighted with both. My range of DIY skills has increased significantly thanks to the service I always receive from here. I love my visits to Homecare Centre.

This place is great. It's small, compact and has pretty much everything you could ever want for DIY type stuff. Rent a rug doctor, get keys cut, buy bird food, paint, tools, plumbing bits, spare bathplugs etc. The guys working here are so helpful and it's great to shop local. A lot less faffing about than getting into B&Q as well.

I totally agree with all the 5 star reviewsit's a traditional shop with very helpful staff get almost everything & if not they will order for you. b&q on your doorstep for me walking distance fantastic, less I use the car the better been a couple of times past 2 months always got what I needed.

They saved the day! I had dropped my car keys down a grid and went in actually to see if they could cut me a new key.The guy in the shop lent me his super strong magnet and taped it to a long broom and that was how I managed to get my car keys back from the drain!Very helpful indeed

Went looking for a plunger in a bit of a panic and was informed they were out of stock - the fella behind the counter then came and showed me how to fashion a mop into a makeshift plunger and saved the day! One mop sale and one key cut later and the problem was resolved.Really helpful little shop with great staff and very reasonable prices, will always come here for DIY bits/home essentials.
