Not good, purchased new Ford Eco Sport, after a short time Marks appeared all over the back. I took it back and was told buy the owner that I had put it through a car wash(not true) then I was told it was where I was parking the car (nonsense). Any way they had the car for a few hours and great the marks vanished, but 2 months on marks once again appearing in the same place not good advert.

Travelled from Bristol to purchase a Corsa. Absolute waste of time due to the poor misdescription. Expansion tank full of oil, lacquer peel all over the roof - both issues not reported prior to us setting off and wasting a whole day. All we ask for is honesty in this trade, it’s hard enough as it is.

awful service, waited a few days for a call back, I called them only to be told they can't do the work and fobbed me of to main dealer, customer care is at its worst when they rudely hang up!!

My Ford Mondeo broke down as we arrived at our holiday destination.I needed a new fuel pump fitted it was an emergency to get it done as my wife is disabled and we had no other way of getting about.We are here for a week and the only day they would do it was a week later on the day we we’re leaving. Totally unhelpfull, you expect better service from a Ford garage.

Dream ford became a reality. The salesmen Dan and Wayne very friendly helpful and professional so are the whole team its a nice warm atmosphere in the dealership no pressure sales there and they make buying a vehicle very easy and straightforward putting your needs first, your always welcomed with a friendly smile. Breakdown while on holiday ,warning lights 4wheel drive and abs and hill assist not working.Due to tow caravan back to Cheshire following week.Went in to see if they could help ?Told me to leave it with them for a couple of hours, called me back later and said they could repair it now if I want.Total time same day 4 hours job done. Cost cheaper than expected.If I lived near by would use them all the time.Friendly, professional, knowledgeable above and beyond.Thankyou.
