Cedar Court Hotel Wakefield
Visited today for our spa/afternoon tea experience. From the minute we walked in Paul helped us explain how the day would work and was really accommodating. The facilities are some of the best in the local and surrounding area. We were both really impressed and will certainly be coming more regular. Paul is a real asset to the leisure centre

Went for afternoon tea, the hotel was not open, so the afternoon tea was held within the leisure centre, near to the pool and the smell of chlorine. Sandwiches and sweet stuff not the best.Would not recommend.

jacuzzi and sauna, steam room and swimming pool ir really size and very warm. Were gym available too if wanted. Service really high level and Administrators Paul was very friendly and helpful give you all information what you ask. Afternoon tea really amazing and very full filling. Will come back here definitely!

I had a spa & afternoon tea. The facilities are fine & all clean. Nice sauna & steam room & jacuzzi.The staff were great - really friendly & helpful. Thankyou Harry for being so lovely!The food was really spot on! Delish. X

We had a spa and afternoon tea experience today.We had a lovely time. Paul and Harry couldn't do enough to help.The pool facilities are clean and not too busy.The afternoon tea was lovely. Plenty of variety and we were left very full.We would recommend this to anyone looking for an afternoon filled with good food and nice surroundings in need of relaxation

We have been today the 8th of May. Absolutely fantastic service from Paul in the spa, we have been before so knew where everything was. Lovely time in the pool and jacuzzi and not overcrowded. We had a afternoon tea booked after and they brought the time forward for us as we requested with no problem at all. We were served promptly by Paul again who asked if we had enjoyed the spa,which we had. Gorgeous food and choice of sandwiches and cakes. Absolutely spot on. Well worth a visit.

Tiny changing rooms, new management have turned the heating down in the pool and poolside so it's not warm anymore.Update... only emergency lighting was on while open to the public and coupled with that they think it's a good idea to wedge a door open with a wet floor sign, presenting a trip hazard in low lighting...with children and babies swim sessions going on.

Paul was amazing, great customer service he was brilliant, asset to the company truly a star. The facilities were nice and clean and we had a lovely and relaxing time. Thankyou would definitely come again just to see Paul.

Used the spa today, the young man on reception was extremely polite and pleasant. The female staff however not as friendly.Sandwiches came with sauces etc which was disappointing if you do not like mustard etc. Scone was amazing!!Overall pleasant experience.
