I had some bad luck with my teeth - it was distressing and very expensive to fix. However, I felt that the entire team at ToothStaition was extremely kind and supportive, and the prices charged were reasonable, especially compared to other clinics in Cambridge. I've seen Dr Konstantinos Karatzioulas a few times - he is very gentle, patient, kind and accommodating. I trust him completely, and the practice is very lucky to have him, as well as the lovely assistants and reception staff. Thank you!!!

Sad experience as I saw good reviews I thought I was going to have a nice experience. I have problem with wisdom tooth coming at an angle, caused me infection. I call them tell them my problem. I go to the appointment and they tell me everything I already know and had to pay £80 for quick checkup and some x rays which was ok but then was given a invoice for £1500 future work.. I left for home I wasn’t even given any antibiotics to clear my infection. I would have been happy to pay for.. Another dentist and other people told me this is very bad. They tell me I have to wait 3-4 weeks for tooth extraction I felt was too long especially to pay £1500 for 2 tooth extract and a filling, some other stuff I didn’t understand I felt was bit expensive as one next to it was broken. I found somewhere else to get the tooth extracted as I couldn’t wait 3-4 weeks with pain and a swollen jaw.. then they keep calling me when they saw I wanted to go somewhere else and tried to get me to stay with them.. telling me they could now do it quicker. But then when I questioned them they wasn’t actually going to take the wisdom tooth out. It was just the one next to it and then wanted to book me another day for the other tooth. I felt like they were trying to trick me. Quite sad as was expecting so much better. Dentists in the UK just feel to be such a scam and you don’t really get a great treatment good job anymore even when paying privately. Also had conversations with a lady on the phone who said she would get back to me later than certain day about a query. No one got back to me I know they may be busy but still. When your in an emergency and paying too £ you expect a good service. Also they like to message you via SMS which is fine but they ignore me so much about query I just give up.Thanks anyway for the checkup.

Went here on advice of my colleague, and didn’t realise what a gem this dentist is! Honestly one of the best in the UK I’ve come across. Honest, reliable and professional. Had a tooth filling done here for front chipped tooth and Dr Joseph was efficient and very competent.

The best dentist to go to if you have any anxiety. You can book the appointment entirely over email using an address on their website. The dentist was wonderful. The prices are good. I was really happy with the result too.

This was my first time at this practice and I had booked a hygienist and check up appointment, as recommended by a colleague. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional, and clearly very organised. I saw the hygienist first who was also extremely kind and friendly, and took the time to introduce herself and chat. I appreciated how much she checked in throughout the treatment - I’m not someone that struggles with seeing a dentist as I’ve had a lot of treatment in the past and been lucky enough to have a few nice dentists, but it was still reassuring. She was clearly checking carefully and didn’t rush the process. I saw the dentist after who was also very kind and made sure to check the concern I had thoroughly and reassured me about the possible cause/treatment. I thought the prices were very reasonable - the same as I had been paying in rural Wales. I haven’t tried any other dentists in Cambridge so I can’t say for sure, but wouldn’t be surprised if they’re the best here. Overall a very organised, friendly practice with modern equipment and I’ll be returning :)

Heard a long rant from the dentist Jozsef Boer. His view is that cyclists cannot cycle on Cambridge roads but should be restricted to only cycle lanes. I find this strange when most of his customers probably cycle to see him as parking is atrocious. I found him to be not polite and quite rude. I will not be visiting his practice again.

Conclusion:The most professional and friendly dentist I have ever been to, they are a young, energetic and kind team who have done a great job at a good price on really short notice. They explained everything, don't rush and make you feel at ease. Loved the fact that he kept me up to date on how much longer the procedure would be at different points and that he took the time to explain with actual pictures, scans of my teeth. I will not hesitate and come here when I need work done on my teeth.Story:A bit of my tooth has chipped off, needless to say this was uncomfortable so I searched for a dentist with good reviews on google and have found Tooth Station only a short drive away from where I live. I have sent them an inquiry on the website early morning before their opening hours and have received a call back from the doctor himself a little after they opened up. He was polite and explained that they have had a cancellation today and could see me on that afternoon, he also said that currently there is a long wait for appointments other than this so I took the opportunity.Shortly after confirming the appointment I received instructions on how to find the practice and where to park which was really helpful. I have arrived, was greeted by the receptionist and filled in the usual patient form which was quick and easy, it had to be done on a tablet and plus points for that from me. I waited for a bit and then I was called in by the assistant, both her and the doctor introduced themselves, the room was clean and modern. Then he had a look at my tooth, taken some pictures which then he showed to me and explained what it is he can see and has happened. Then he took some sort of scan or xray as well with placing a small device in my mouth, he again clearly explained what the best option would be, which turned out to be a filling, he let me know what the price of that would be and we went ahead with the procedure. I received a numbing injection which I could not feel at all, then we needed to wait about 5-10 minutes for which time I remained in the seat and he was kindly chatting to me asking questions which was nice. He then thoroughly cleaned it and put a new filling in. It all in all took about an hour so he was not rushing which again, was good to know.

My teeth needed serious attention after not visiting a hygienist for 10+ years... I struggle to keep a good routine myself due to autism and sensory issues. I explained all this to the amazing hygienist and she was so lovely and understanding - not at all judgemental like some might be. She talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable.

Best dentist in Cambridge!!!! Best prices, I was quoted £150 to fill in a chipped tooth which was by far the best price in Cambridge and they did an amazing job it looks great. Amazing customer service and professional yet friendly staff and very clean dentist. I have recommended to all my friends and family. They filled in the cracked tooth perfectly and fast and no hidden extra costs like most other Cambridge dentists which charge double the price of this place. Thank you so much :)
