Went in for a white shirt. Great had my size, £15 each.Not Great, only sold in packs of three £45. Went somewhere else

Lovely store, helpful staff, they even sell clothes at this location. Prices are fair and variety is infinite. I went for my favorite goodies only sold there.

Did a bra fitting at the Crawley branch. Lovely young assistant who was attentive and helpful. She got the product where others have failed & I went away happy with purchase made. Thanks!

Arrived at 1;30.4 people serving, got to the front of the line, all off them but 1 disappeared. Waited another 15mins just to get served.I appreciate it was busy in the seating area but we were left just waiting while the servers got into a conversation then disappeared.Sat down and the cleanliness was absolutely foul.Again I can appreciate it was busy, but with us being the only people at the till and all the workers talking it could have been avoidable, even more so that it is still a pandemic.Overall very disappointing. Food was great, service and cleanliness on the other hand- disgusting.

Nice shop but cafe is a big let down.Always dirty tables and lack of staff.On third visit just walked out again.Nothing like every table full of dirty plates and cups.

I have never been spoken to so rudely as I was today by a female manager named Sam! This lady (if I can call her that!) should not be working in a customer service role. She is extremely rude & unhelpful. I will never shop in this Marks & Spencer again!

Good availability all round, although range selection is limited compared to larger supermarkets. Prices are slightly higher, but that's due to a more premium quality.
