Europa - Liverpool Student Apartments

Europa has the most friendly staff you'll meet if you decide to stay there. The staff will treat you like family. The facilities are excellent and the rooms are very spacious. If you have any problems, the staff will deal with the issue very quickly and efficiently. The general atmosphere is very welcoming and supportive. If I could give all the stars in the galaxy for this review, I would do so.

Staff are welcoming, Lounge suitable for gatherings and activities, active social life. Rooms are nice and sharing kitchen is big enough to be used by flat residents. enjoyed living there. Since its location is easy to access and its near by my university and city centre.

Absolutely warm and welcoming staff staff Will and Hannah are.The bronze rooms are spacious enough for one person.The social room has table tennis, pool table and fun arcade games.Walkable distance to the University of Liverpool.So would def recommend to any student planning to move in here.Oh and the events organised for festive time like diwali, halloween & Christmas is ❤️

I stayed in Europa a few years ago in my first student year. It's affordable but in a really odd location that doesn't feel comfortable to students - these are two massive buildings overlooking loads of rooms on one side (almost 1984 and Soviet-esque) and a busy set of major roads on the other. The security at the gate is not manned regularly (I never saw anyone) and the designs of the kitchens and rooms feel outdated, particularly the kitchen stools which were not easy or comfortable to sit on. The room layout was decent and so was the ensuite, but still a little small. A very weird freshers experience, but alright I guess.

Best place I've stayed at in Liverpool! The staff are so friendly and are happy to help with any matter no matter the time! Hannah is a great boss and makes sure everyone is safe and well! Will is new here but he has fit in so well and is also there no matter the time.

I'm one of the international nurses from the Philippines who stayed here for 3 months. I can attest that Europa is a very nice and cozy accommodation especially for students. The room is spacious, the kitchen is modern ;) Security, fire safety, cleanliness - all outstanding! 10/10

Value for money!! My son stayed 2 years, because it was a lovely place. Big room with 3/4 bed plus an ensuite bathroom. Lovely garden, quit enough, and fantastic kitchen. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The accommodation is located at a good location nearby the city center, hospital and Liverpool University. I would recommend Europa to anyone.

A few of my friends live there, so I used to visit frequently. It was one of the nicest student accommodations I have seen and also nearby by University of Liverpool and Hope University

Updates: I really hope Europa manages the behavior of their students, they are always making noise at midnight and the whole street can hear it.... (The building next to the true students, the second or third floor to the left of the corridors). Complained about this issue multiple times with no response at all.--------------------I am not living here. But I filled the wrong post code one time and my parcel delivered to Europa before Xmas. I found this issue when I back after Xmas.I contact Europa immediately to ask them for help. They replied me very quick and found my parcel!!!It is a great pleasure to meet such nice and efficient reception team.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The staff are kind and it’s close to the uni and to Lidl which are positives and only a 30 min walk to the city centre but…In my first year there I was living in a flat with 3 other people. 2 of the flats and one guy was loud and was always making a mess in the kitchen and wouldn’t clean up after himself. The staff got involved, since he left it ao bad there were flies in the kitchen. It got SO BAD one guy left the flat to move somewhere else during the first semester and the other 2 tenants ganged up together and blamed the other guy (the guy who had left) for the mess.I reported these 2 c_nts and the staff said “there was nothing they can do” apart from send email warnings. I had even shown them videos of how bad it was. But the staff, despite being kind they were USELESS and didn’t do anything at all.So yeah, even tho the staff are kind they are USELESS and won’t do anything in a bad situation (where they always promise online they’ll sort it).
