I had a car with PCP which I was not happy with from another company. I only had the car 1 and half yrs and wanted to change it and had never been in a Skoda garage previously. I now wish I had went in sooner! The whole experience from start to finish was 100%. Han Dervish was who I dealt with and I could not fault anything at all, he was pleasant, informative and not pushy at all. As soon as I went into Skoda I saw a car I liked and test drove it (this never happens with me usually) I loved it. Han was very honest with me regarding the situation I was in with my current car and tried everything he could to help. Barry Logan who runs the West End Garage at Sighhill then also came over to discuss the situation. At this point I would normally think here we go pushing a sale however I could not fault him either and again not pushy at all just very honest and also tried to help. This all happened on the Fri and by the Monday I had sorted out my current car and called Han to say I wanted the car and picked it up at end of the week. Everything ran so smooth and I have been telling everyone. For someone who usually takes forever at a garage, usually goes back to view at night so nobody can annoy me this has been an absolute first. I would never have even thought about a Skoda car or garage and absolutely love the car and is so smooth to drive and that is only the Fabia. I will 100% be going back when the time comes to change. I can't recommend enough. Thank you so much.
