We have just had another fantastic experience with Collinson Ceramics at their Roseburn showroom. They have a massive selection of tiles on display with a great range of designs and colours to choose from. Dayne handled our order and went above and beyond to ensure we received the tiles we had chosen in time for our bathroom project - we couldn’t have asked for more! In the current environment where everything seems to be delayed / price hikes / problematic, it was all the more appreciated. Thanks guys!

Great choice and supplies of tiles and accessories. Fairly competitive pricing. However many products need shipped from factory so expect a few weeks.

I am over the moon with my experience with Collinson Ceramics. They have gone above and beyond for me to complete my bathroom. I was left in a difficult position when my bathroom tiles had been discontinued, despite me being 8 tiles short. Dayne helped source the tiles for me, even though they had completely sold out everywhere in the UK. I live in a very rural area in Wales and my prayers have been answered by a Scotsman hundreds of miles away! I cannot thank Dayne and Collinson's enough or recommend them anymore.

Terrific selection of tiles and both Elaine and Dayne could not have been more helpful and friendly. Very efficient service, with the tiles arriving quickly. We have ordered from this company before and have always been pleased.

A friend recommended I try this place.After half a dozen unanswered phone calls (no answer phone), trying to email on their contact page several times (used different networks and devices) and trying to pop by on Friday to just miss them at closing (sign still reading open) I’ve given up trying to give them my business.

Dayne went above and beyond his customer experience . I was a rabbit in headlights not knowing what I wanted or needed. When I eventually picked tiles, the mosaic that matched was discontinued, Dayne called the supplier to find out if they had enough to cover the small amount that was required. Unfortunately I didn't get them. The supplier suggest another mosaic, Dayne got it sent up and took a photo along with the matching tile and sent it over for me as I couldn't manage to get in to see it. Dayne is a great credit to your company. Very much appreciated in the help that was given to me.Norma
