Booked to have 2 tyres to be fitted for 3:30 turned up at 3:25. Fitter got straight onto it . Went for a 20 minutes walk. Came back job pretty much finished. The fitter was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use that branch again.

I have come back to this review after a year to turn it from 4 stars to 5. These guys always look after me, are very flexible and friendly. These guys are honest and reliable and I'm happy to take all four of my cars there.

Horrible customer service, booked a replacement tyre though Asda tyres and was told that the email had not come through so couldn't fit it today, was also told that they didn't have time to fit it today anyway. Called Asda tyres and they resent the email, funnily enough F1 were then able to fit my tyre. Unfortunately their attitude and rudeness will make sure I will never go back there again.

Ask them to change the exhaust on old but popular car. Said they could not get the exhaust. Found it on ebay, amazon and at 2 auto factors locally from a 2 second online search. Guess they don't want the work.

Brings back memories for when I worked for this firm 25 years ago. Some things never change. The service is still fast, polite and good value. You can add COVID safe to the list as well now. I will be back when the other tyres need replacing.
