What a lovely park/gardens. Had a delicious bagal and took a leisurely stroll through the gardens, it was a lovely relaxing afternoon. Will definitely go again.

Normally calm and peaceful but when there are events/festivals, the whole park becomes a different place! There are shows, food, and arts. A wonderful place to hang out with friends and families!

No better place to walk your dog in a nice surroundings, play tennis, have lunch al'fresco, take your kids to the playground or have a picnic. Has public WC.

A lovely wee park which is great for puppers. It's got a nice cafe and a fish pond and a lot of history... Did you know it was once a Victorian Film studio and the sight of the first ever Tracking video shot? Watch out for The Sussex Peasant organic mobile Farm Shop on a Friday and the epic dog show in the Summer...

Great cafe, good food & event refreshments, all at very sensible prices in an excellent location. What are you waiting for?Update: my return visit confirmed my wallet opinion.

Beautiful garden with a lot of friendly animals from squirrels to little forest mice! There is a children's play area and a café where you can stop for a drink. Especially lovely in spring time when the flowers are in bloom.

Went to the kids festival here 2022. Brilliant! Where else do you get everything from live music to face painting, archery to house DJ's, sequined salsa dancers to medieval self defense demonstrations. Food and drink a plenty and local arts and crafts. The most eclectic festival I've ever been to...

It’s lovely here. The cafe is lovely and run by really sweet people, with great food and drink at good prices. There’s loads of different little hidey holes if you want a bit of peace. There’s a brilliant festival every year, and there’s also some great wildlife. Kids playground and tennis courts, too, if that’s your thing. I love it.

Cafe is still serving take away drinks. Lovely range of hot chocolate 'winter warmers' too. The counter is out doors so it feels pretty safe and the staff are obviously social distancing and taking propw safety measures.
