Great place for your pooches. Lovely staff..very caring they go that extra mile

Pleasant management and friendly staff that obviously have nothing but love for dogs. My little frodo had an amazing time. He has been there all week and is usually nervous around other dogs and people but not here. I dont understand these negative reviews. We have had a completely different experience and I cant comprehend that we are talking about the same place. I wont take him anywhere else

Please be aware under new ownershipPrevious owners faultless, caring and understanding.New owner has been verbally aggressive and unwilling to take dog on drop off down to a disputed non payment. Proof of payment offered and declined. Further payment offered and also declined. Door quite literally shut on me with no further explanation.Owner did not introduce themselves or ask my identity or that of my dog. I can only assume they had our correct identity?I would be unwilling to leave my dog with someone of that nature.

We booked our dog in for a Groom with Alicia and only wish we had done so sooner.When booking we had the option to upload photos and comments which I think is a brillaint idea, you can give an idea of exactly what you want.We received several text reminders and a message saying if we had any questions just to give them a shout which again is a nice idea.The groom itself was amazing Alicia listened to everything we wanted and delivered exactly that and more.We have since cancelled another appointment and booked in with Alicia again because we have found our go to groomer.Our dog came out looking and smelling amazing and is still smelling nice several days later.I cannot recommend Alicia enough as a dog groomer.

Tilly loves it here comes home super tired but very happy

Very good little daycare for my dog. I love that they split the dogs up so I know mine is with other dogs her own size and I know she loves it there as she gets very excited getting dropped in the mornings. Highly rated fit your dog, whatever it's size.

My dog loves it at happy pets doggy day care. He gets excited the second we drive around the corner and then it's knackered for atleast 24hours. They are always so friendly and welcoming. Can't recommend them enough

We have been using doggy day care for a long time and have never experienced any problems. Our dog is always wagging his tail on arrival. The staff are friendly and helpful.I wholeheartedly recommend this business.
