Becky is a fantastic reflexologist-knowlegable, experienced and kind. Her therapy room is a beautiful space where you cannot help but feel relaxed. Each time I attended for my block of sessions I relaxed as soon as I sat in the chair!Becky was really helpful, offering advice in order to improve overall health and wellbeing. I cannot recommend Coast Reflexology highly enough.

I have received 4 sessions of reflexology from Becky in recent weeks and each time I leave deeply calm and relaxed. I have a diagnosis of Polymyalgia Rheumatica which means that my muscles and connective tissues tighten and cause pain and stiffness across my shoulders and in my lower back, hips and thighs. Afterwards I experience a sense of flow in my body as if there has been a release of energy. Sometimes the pain in my body leaves altogether which is remarkable. Other times I notice how aware I am of what I need, whether its hydration, sleep or just to slow right down. Becky is thoughtful and kind to explain very clearly, often with diagrams, what she is gleaning as she works with my feet and so I am learning what most needs attention in my body.Becky is highly skilled and proficient as well as being an authentic soul, which I value deeply.

Becky's treatment has been and is just wonderful over some time now and makes a huge differerence to my wellbeing. please have a reflexology session with her, you wont regret it

Last September was the first time I had ever tried reflexology and I was recommended to try Coast Reflexology. Becky does a lovely deep and soothing reflexology massage on your feet. It is also a very relaxing massage and at the end of the treatment, she offers you a glass of water. You will need a few minutes to get back to reality as it is an amazing experience that's why I keep returning.

Becky is amazing! She is really friendly and puts you totally at ease. Her knowledge of feet is second to none and she can always tell what’s bothering me without my saying a word.
