Visited the accessories store today @ 11:45 am.(18/7/23) Bought items for my motorhome and the lady at the cash desk was appalling. She was engrossed in a conversation with a colleague and didn’t acknowledge me at all!! She was going to charge me for an item on the counter that I hadn’t picked up!! A quick’ thank you’ and receipt was the sum total of communication!! Not good customer service in my opinion.

Sold our vehicle privately to partly pay for a Motorhome they had in stock.At no time did Spinney tell us that the Motorhome was already going through a sale.We only found out when it was marked as sold on their website.No courtesy call, follow up call. They obviously didn't need our £90k.Bought another Motorhome from Emmabee the following week.

I have been visiting the Spinney, Flintshire for a number of years for bits and bobs for my caravans. Recently I had to take my latest caravan, a coachman laser Xcel into them. A well known dealer and service company had managed to cross thread a one shot axle nut rendering the sub axle useless during a previous service. The fault only came to light on the next service.Tge staff at the Spinney were fantastic they sorted the issue out quickly and professionally at a very reasonable cost. Brilliant service well done.

We popped in as we were in the area. Always a great place to visit if you enjoy camping. Large selection of campervans and caravans in a range of prices. Good selection of accessories. Well worth a visit.

Top top place. Big shout out to Emma in the service and parts centre. Ordered two parts which if I had followed other advice would have set me back £400. Thank you kindly.

I contacted the team at Deeside with a heating issue with my Sprite 4eb. Fantastic support once again from Sam Emma Adam and Simon All sorted for a holiday starting tomorrow.

Avoid this company at all costs!Sold us a beautiful looking VW camper from their showroom 10 months ago.Only 5k miles, 1 former owner. We were in love with it.Sales team didn’t know how things worked when we picked up but we managed to use our initiative and muddle through. A few months after we bought it we realised the autofold on the wing mirror didn’t work. After calling them they advised to take it to VW as it was still under manufacturers warranty.Which we did, to then find out that the camper has had a complete new passenger side door and and the mirror isn’t even wired up. 4 visits to be repaired as they will not pay VW to do repair it and still not repaired today. 2 months of our life taking the van backwards and forwards. They’ve had it for weeks off and on!The service manager is so rude and unhelpful and today the only thing they can offer is to buy the van back for 10k less than what we paid for it. We’ve lost 10k plus finance payments in 10 months, had 2 months of stress and now we have no van!Surely this is just wrong and we will be seeking legal advice.They will have it back in the showroom soon I'm sure! just bought a new coachman caravan. the service and attention was superb, Ray at flintshire was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience easy from start to finish.
