My experience of trading in my previous car was brilliant, spoke with Frank and had a specific type of car in mind for my next one. Frank went above and beyond to find me the perfect car, after some issues with finance Frank ironed these out and made sure it was a pleasurable experience. 10000000* if possible and definitely deserves a raise as well as his bottle of rum!

Excellent service from start to finish.Discussed a number of different options on the forecourt with Dave. Very easy to arrange a test drive for two cars with Frank.Test drive was very smooth and then the whole process from deciding to buy to going through the buying process to finalising and collecting the car was excellent.Frank listened to our requirements and did everything he could to ensure we were happy with the deal.We were treated professionally and respectfully throughout and we would highly recommend Evans Halshaw and Frank in particular.

This has been the best car buying experience with Frank. The whole process was easy, relaxed and there was no pressure at all. Frank went above and beyond to explain everything in detail and provide all information with absolutely nothing hidden. I hope Frank stays at the dealership for years as I will be back to see Frank for future vehicles before even looking elsewhere. Besides doing his job, Frank was one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. Message to Frank's boss, they guy deserves a pay rise!!!!!!!
