It's been a good experience! Would I recommend Triton? Well, I got a great Bike, 2022 TREK Fuel 9.7 EX Gen 5 for a price I could not better anywhere on the internet, delivered to my door by a nice guy who knows all about Bikes! So, emphatically, yes I would. Thank you....

Great range of bicycles at great prices. I ordered a new bike and received an estimated delivery range. Two or three days later I was contacted by email and was asked if a specific day would work for me. After agreeing to the date the guy from Triton Cycles came to deliver them - they didn't send them with a currier which is a pretty cool thing.The guy delivering the bike was knowledgeable, told me all the details about warranty, checked if I had any questions and was keen to help.The process is a bit different than with many other online shops where everything is digital - these guys are communicating with their clients and make the deliveries themselves, so things may take a bit longer than we are used to in this digital age when you get a specific delivery date five minutes after you pay but it's much more personal and professional (Maybe it's worth them highlighting that in the email they sent with the order though, to manage expectation).

I am writing to thank Triton Cycles regarding the handling of my order with reference number WEB234851.I have encountered a major roadblock in receiving my shipment. My order arrived in Istanbul on October 2, 2023, but local TNTFedex has informed me that they are unable to deliver the rims to me due to the shipment method mistake from TNTFedex UK. According to TNTFedex, the mode of transportation does not allow me to personally undertake the required customs process under local legislation. They have stated that there are no available options for me to resolve the issue personally because of the faulty shipment TNTFedex UK processed.Given these circumstances, I am left without the rims I eagerly awaited and kindly requested a refund for my purchase. Triton Cycles issued a full refund for both the product (£28.48) and the shipping (£50.00) even if the issue is not directly related to them.I escpecially thank Cara for her support during the process. I sincerely recommend shopping from Triton Cycles they value their customers not only in the UK but in an international scale.

I had a query before buying my son’s bike which was answered in a friendly manner over the phone. Delivery was quick. Communication great at every step of the process. The delivery driver hid the bike by my garage as she knew it was a gift. Would highly recommend for prompt, efficient and friendly service with very competitive prices to boot.

It was a lovely experience showing at Triton Cycles. My previous bike got terribly damaged because someone tried to steal it. But my work depends on me moving quickly around multiple locations during the day in London. It was hard to be without a bike, but also the prices of new bikes are quite high due to the inflation. I was glad to find a 28% discount promotion on Triton's website for Trek FX3, which is an ideal replacement for my old hybrid/city commuter bike. Ordering online was easy, and each step was clear. I immediately got personal communication from the shop confirming my order. Within a week, bike was dispatched from the warehouse and carefully assembled to ready-to-ride" status by the shop specialist. I was then contacted again to book a delivery slot. It was hard to find a suitable time and the manager went extra step to ensure that delivery happens within just a narrow 2-hour window on Sunday morning. The bike arrived on time fully assembled and in perfect conditions. The gentlemen who delivered the bike from the shop was very kind and ensured that I do not have any further questions about the use of the bike or any issues with the order. All in all a great experience and I am happy to be riding to work again! Thank you!"
