EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFULTHEY HANGED UP ON ME WHILE EXPLAINING MY SITUATION AND NO LONGER PICKING UPAVOID THIS COMPANY AND TRY OTHERS

Needed a survey on underground pipes on a HMO that I am converting and Mark and the team at R.O.D. Drain Techs did the job for a very reasonable price and with great efficiency. Will highly recommend this company!

Called this Company in an emergency out of hours they were out within an hour. Great Service very professional with clearing my drains would highly recommended

Bad service sent a guy that couldn't even tighten a jubilee clip properly to stop his hose leaking, they charge by the hour and mess about with all the faulty parts on their van to kill the first hour, the van leaked so much when they tried filling the tank and showered the operative in the water instead of clearing the drain with it, then charged us two hrs. 9 days later the drains were blocked again.Their manager or owner Mark was so rude when we rang he refused to take any responsibility for the drain still being blocked and refused to attend and check.Total waste of time and money please be warned and use someone else

Not very nice boys working for them in the van On the 3rd of May 2017 9:12 AM. Wray Lane near junction 8 on the M 25.I Allowed one car out of the side road And as I was went along He came out quickly nearly hit the side of my carAs I hit my car horn To make him aware Of what he nearly done he he shouts unpleasant stuff out of the window Not very professional in a company van.You can just about see him put his one finger up to me in picture 3.Would never use this company if I needed to.Will upload clip from car to YouTube later.

I required a drain survey using CCTV and had called a few companies to request a quote: the team at R.O.D. were competitively priced and arranged a survey fairly quickly. The technicians (Matt) were professional and took time out to explain their findings and listen to any concerns I had. Thank you very much.Muhammad

Parked on the zig-zag of a pedestrian crossing in Uxbridge while visiting KFC @ 11:00 today. Would not trust them for a Gas Safety Cert if they are so reckless to endanger pedestrians and block a bus route

Extremely rude to me when they cut in front of me in traffic the other day. Verbally abusive when I pulled up alongside. Would not recommend their services or this business after seeing the way they treat people.
