Hard working staff who do their best; which is often a very high standard. The building could do with a refresh, but that's hardly the Trust's fault.

My daughter was seen last night by a Dr Kingston who reduced her to tears . She is a teenager diagnosed with pots syndrome and been waiting since February to be seen .She's been suffering with chest pains all weekend so went to the hospital. I'm horrified by this doctors attitude towards mydaughter and will be taking it further!!!

Took my son here today as he fractured his wrist. No problems with parking and the staff were amazing and everything was explained really well. We wasn't in there long either

My grandad Peter Martin recently had vascular surgery at Canterbury hospital. He was in ITU for two days. All I can say was he was well looked after, thank you for all staff there. Everyone was smiling, polite and helpful and was a very caring and attentive team

Thank you to all the nurses & surgeons here today in Dolphin Ward that was amazing and went above and beyond to make my little boys surgery run smoothly. So much care and compassion.

Caught covid on my vacation and went to the facility with a high fever. Everyone was helpful, but Nurse Nicky Barnes went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She took time to explain the way the NHS works and was so very kind. She is a huge asset to this facility and health care in general. Thank you so much Nicky!

Went to the UTC today for headaches I’d been struggling with. Got there about 10:20am and was out by 11:30am. The DR’s, GP’s, and nurses were amazing and friendly. I get very nervous at hospitals and had a friend with me, who was allowed in the rooms with me which helped a lot. Overall a positive experience

Taking my father in law for scan. Had to go all the way through the hospital and down stairs to book in at radiology reception, to be told he was to be seen right back where we had started. It was and extremely long walk for him that was not needed. Bit of a rethink on booking in is needed I think. Other than that ,it's a lovely hospital with friendly and helpful staff.

I trained at this hospital nearly over 40 years ago and in the last few days had to oversee the admission and discharge of my very aged father to Harbledown ward/ Stroke Clinic.Whilst much of hospital has a ' tired' look about it , the medical and nursing staff ( Emergency and Ward) are very caring, professional ,and nothing was too much effort. I do not wish to embarrass them , but Sabitha, Jane and Robin were outstanding, but all the staff who examined, treated or moved my father ( including porters) were fantastic too, I just don't remember everyone's names.Bravo Kent & Canterbury Hospital, you have much to be proud of. Thank you.

Currently in here with an autistic gentleman I support. Due to GDPR I can elaborate of his condition but he was supposed to come back at 9am this morning because they forgot to book a scan yesterday. The scan didn't happen until half past 12, it's currently 1720, but he young man I support has not been offered water and has been nil by mouth all day. His blood pressure has been taken once and this is important to his condition. You can justldge a society on how it treats it's most vulnrable, if this is how they're treated then our society isn't worth a penny. National disgrace
