Very professional at our event yet extremely friendly at the same time. Welcome any time.

I had a coffee van on Wales Comic Con at Wrexham Glyndŵr University. The event has thousands of people attending. The first day the weather was vial but security still smiled and got on with the job. I interacted with a few security on the day but one stood out more the rest. The gent was spot on, opening the doors and going the extra mile. Top work.

I did my sia door supervisor Course and first course with Anthony and Paul. Anthony did the main bit of the course and he was honestly great for someone like me who struggles to pay attention and learn in a classroom based environment he did amazing he was engaging and made the 7 days fly by. Making the topics we were studying relatable and talking about his experiences working in the security industry. Paul did our physical intervention bit of the course he was great at showing and demonstrating the techniques used. He explained them really well and how to perform them in a safe manner. Honestly 10/10 from me have no regret going with parallel and would recommend to anyone. All the other staff were lovely too.
