Tezlom - Reading

Be mindful , be grateful and be kind ....this is a bit of a lie really isn't it ...seeing as ...one ...u do not train your staff before sending them off to places ...two ...you send people with such poor training they end up abusing the elderly verbally and physically ... causing them injuries , also witnessed dragging one elderly man across the floor he hurt his foot and ankle !!! ...which has been reported...And three ...u make excuses to not pay your staff when they have worked for you!!!! Oh and P.S ...you can block me but you can't hide from the truth ....disgusting Company!!! You should be shut down !!!To the people on here leaving reviews saying the training is of high standard is laughable . Where do you get your training then exactly?? Because you do not get any . They send you off to these places for you to pick it up as you go along and train yourself .Having certain carers shouting at elderly patients calling them 'mental' and 'unhinged' is not very professional is it really and definitely not of high standard . That's without one man being forced to stand by being dragged up by his arm causing bruising and him to fall to the floor . Then dragged again and thrown back onto his bed . Causing injuries to his ankle . Which was noted In your incident book as ' not known how injury happened '...but you do know how it happened though don't you .

The desperation for staff means anyone applying will be accepted regardless of experience, this would be fine if training was provided before employees were sent out into the world to care for our loved ones.Is this training provided? No. Resulting in improper care.Abuse and mishandling those in need of care, and despite reports these claims are ignored and those accused are still working under them with no further investigation.The negligence in an industry that requires such close attention is a cause for concern.Withholding money from staff and poor communication skills.Why chose an industry that requires thoughtfulness, patience and good-natured attributes if you live up to none these characteristics?

Don’t work here, they will hire anyone just for the commission wether your trained or not, resulting in multiple elderly clients being abused and injured which they let slide. They also eventually stop giving shifts out even after asking multiple times for them just so they can give them to there “favourite” employees. Oh yeah and make sure not to give your timesheet in late, they will refuse to pay you for over a year :)(The 5 star reviews are all fake, don't fall for it!)

No training given at all . Inexperienced people then going to care for our grandparents without knowing how to care for them properly .Causing injuries and very bad care . Do not recommend at all .
