Perfect Nails Bristol

Love this place, I have been going here for the last three years. They are so lovely, my nails have never looked better. They did my nails for my wedding day which lasted over a month, I only had to go back due to them begin so long. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do my nails for my wedding day.Thank you, you guys are the best.

Absolutely amazing service from everyone at perfect nails today, my daughter is absolutely delighted with her Halloween extensions and they look stunning. The staff listened and took great care to create everything my daughter was looking for and the service we received was fantastic!

Always a positive experience every time I come here. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, Im always happy with my nails and the staff are always happy to cater to your needs.

I love having a pedicure and shellac toenails done here. They are very thorough, but quick and have an amazing range of colours and textures. They are also lovely and hospitable and you can sit in the massage chair with a cup of tea while getting your feet pampered!

Had my nails done today,as I have been going to perfect nails for a while now. Usually I get Shellac done but got manicure and normal paint today as I'm growing my nails. Went to pay at desk and nail colour look like (see photo attached),staff are saying its because I didn't get shellac. I'm thinking it's cause they didn't dry enough. I was there at 15.30 today female staff wearing beach boy club T-shirt"did my nails and it was as someone forced her to come into work. They could at least offer to fix it. Won't be returning anymore."

Originally gave 3 stars: Inexpensive gel nails which seemed to be very nearly done. But the girl who did mine seemed to rush the curing, taking my hand out if the uv light box as soon as the other was done. Once she took my hand out of the box after just 30 seconds.Sure enough, the nails aren't lasting. Two of the nails have started peeling within just four days. Very disappointing.Update: Dropped to 2 star. Owner invited me back to have full set redone FoC. I went back on Friday. The girl who originally did my nails was quite rude about it but agreed to them being redone. The guy who re-did them seemed to do a more thorough job without rushing the curing time. But after only 3 days, two of my nails have chipped/started to peel.I will not be returning again.

Ok, first time getting my nails done in a couple of years and chose PN as it is very handy to get to. I booked an appointment for 11 arrived early but my appointment was still late, but that was ok. I was pretty happy with my experience, I like my nails, although I would have liked the technician to have looked at the pictures I had of the nail shape I wanted, but alas. Language was definitely a barrier to communication.They should invest in a fan as it was so hot, but the free cold drinks, that you help yourself to, is such a great idea, I don't think I've seen that before. All in all good experience

Rubbish place/ would not recommend. All about the money and not the customer also unhygienic as no cleaning equipment in-between customers. Sally with the athletes foot came in and they used the same tools on another customer!
