Great place to stay, affordable and clean modern rooms. Staff friendly and on site 24/7. Everything walking distance away, with lots of on site events throughout the year

Have been in this accommodation for the past few months and so far I haven’t had many issues. The staff is friendly and responsive to queries, and the accommodation is nice and modern, and in a good location, very close to the bus station. The only thing is that my room faces the girls’ school and I can hear them screaming all the time even with my window closed, but other than that it’s been fine. Would recommend!

Eden Square truly exceeds expectations in every aspect. What makes Eden Square stand out is the exceptional staff. They are not only friendly and approachable, but also remarkably attentive to the needs of the residents. Any student seeking a great living experience in Coventry should definitely consider Eden Square. Highly recommend!

It is an excellent place to stay as a student. The rooms are big, and modernly decorated. Upon first arrival, I saw that the room also included some cleaning materials and ironing board (no iron). There is a park right in front of the building and some rooms have the view of it. The management team is awesome, they are so helpful, kind, positive and energetic people. They are ready to help you even before the booking. There are 3 designated areas for rubbish disposal, so no need to pile all the rubbish in one place. There is a beautiful outdoor open area where people can hang out. There is also a cinema room and a small gym. There are study rooms as well which can be perfect for group studying. The only downside of this place is not every building has a laundry room, so if your building doesn't have it you have to go outside to the other building several times for 1 load of laundry. It's right in the city centre but don't have the noise of it. 4 mins walking distance from Tesco and 5 mins away from Sainsbury's. You can get to the CU Hub by walking in 12 mins. If you are a Coventry University student, I definitely recommend this place.

Two ⭐️⭐️ as it looks nice, and that’s where all end.On the day my son moved in, he was locked out of the room leaving his food, medicine and clothes inside, and it took Eden Square a day to give him access to the room, so he had to make alternative arrangements.When I visited 1.5 months ago the ventilation in the shower wasn’t working, the TV in communal area was broken and the heating in the room wasn’t working, …it has not been fixed until now.The students pay their rent in a timely manner and are there to focus on their studies and not to deal with irresponsible landlords or send multiple chasers due to poor service standards.The accommodation needs improvement, so far I see no care for residents and significant health & safety breaches.

Its such a cosy place and feels like home. Also, close to city centre is a plus point.P.S. - Love the common area

The place is amazing for students to live in. Great atmosphere all around, and great management. Would like especially thanks Mr Abdullah Cheema being supportive and for always arranging social events for students to engage and socialise. Definately enjoyed my stay while I was living there during my course of study.

Its a great accommodation! The gym is well-equipped, cinema room offers great entertainment, and the common area is fun to hangout around.P.S. it's conveniently close to the city center.

Great serene environment . Spent all my 3 years in uni here. I would recommend for any student . Great staff too .
