Your Motorhome

We have just got home from an amazing road trip around Scotland with a motorhome hired from YourMotorhome. Looking for a motorhome can be quite a confusing, especially when trying to work out which vans you can drive on your license, and what you need to know regarding the operation of the motorhome.As soon as I clicked on Your Motorhome's website, I knew that this was the company I wanted to use.If you call them, Harvey will likely be the one to answer the phone. He will answer day or night, and you can tell he is truly committed to making sure that you are happy and comfortable. While planning the trip I must have called Harvey about 15 times and each time he was patient with me while I asked silly questions. He was always happy to speak to me for as long as I needed.Once it came to booking, the process was simple due to Your Motorhome's excellent website, especially when compared to other camping and motorhome companies! The website was easy to use and made it very clear which dates were available for each vehicle. There were no hidden costs, no ridiculous insurance waivers, no extortionate optional extras - everything was just included in one single price. More on this later.Your Motorhome has a fleet of brand new motorhomes which are genuinely as lovely as they look in the photos. We took the Zefiro 665, which is perfect for a couple, but could definitely accommodate two adults and two children. The motorhome was spotlessly clean, modern and so comfortable. The driving seats were luxurious, the kitchen modern and clean, the bathroom spotless and the bed impressively comfortable. The only thing we found difficult was the shower door not gliding along its track correctly, and being impossible to close properly while showering - a small price to pay for such an impressive motorhome, but a nuisance nonetheless.On the day of your trip, you will likely meet Eleanor who was absolutely amazing. She had the answers to everything we asked and was brilliant at her job as front of house and the main point of contact during your trip. She will show you around the motorhome and explain everything you need to know regarding the day to day operation of it.Included in the cost of the Motorhome was everything from cutlery, pans, plates and dishes, outdoor seating, a hose to help you fill up with water, chocks (levelling wedges to ensure that the motorhome is level in case you need to park on a hill), clear instructions for daily operation, and much, much more. Even hi-vis jackets were provided in case of an emergency! All of the above could easily be classed as chargeable optional extras, but credit to Your Motorhome, they are included in the price for the benefit of their customers.Your Motorhome require a £1000 security deposit in case the vehicle suffers damage that you are at fault for, however this is quickly refunded upon return and if damage was done to the vehicle they would only deduct what it cost them to repair that specific damage, refunding the rest to you. On our trip, we were reversed in to by a third party, and although the motorhome suffered some damage this was deemed a non-fault issue and our entire security deposit was refunded!Both Harvey and Eleanor made it clear to us that we could call or email at any time of day and they would be glad to help us. We would always receive an email back within an hour of sending it. During our trip there were multiple occasions where we had to send Eleanor an email and she was always prompt, friendly and thorough with her responses.To summarise, the trip was perfect and that was in large part due to the customer service provided by Your Motorhome, Eleanor and Harvey in particular. By the end of trip we wished that we had booked another week, and will definitely do so in the future! We have already recommended the company to friends and family and can't wait to book again ourselves.A big personal thank you to Eleanor and Harvey. We rented a 6 berth motorhome off these guys for a week in Cornwall. We had a brand new van that was equipped with everything we needed and had a brilliant week away. Harvey and Eleanor were very professional from start to finish and we will be using Your Motorhone again in the future. Could not recommend enough, 10/10.

If you want to hire a Motorhome, you absolutely can not go wrong with Your Motorhome. From the very beginning right up the end they could not do any more to help enhance your holiday. The motorhome was almost new so is a very pleasant place to be and is equipped with everything you need and more. The customer service is excellent from the help offered prior to our holiday, to handover, support whilst we were away and quick and efficient process when handing the vehicle back. We unfortunately got caught up on the recent fuel crisis so were unable to re-fill the vehicle despite visiting 12 garages on the way home. However they were very understanding and fair in their charge for missing fuel. We received proof of purchase when they filled up and there was no question of them trying to take advantage, which I am sure larger companies would do. Eleanor was excellent in her communication and even took a call on a Sunday with a rather stupid query from me on the use of the Leisure Battery for the Fridge (sorry about that Eleanor). I honestly would not hesitate in recommending Your Motorhome and we will certainly be back again. Thank you all for a great holiday! Tony

Booked a motorhome for Glastonbury festival and the service was A* from start to finish. Emails were clear and timely. I emailed a question about the motorhome facilities and the answer was prompt and thorough. On collection Sean made sure I understood the workings of everything and was really patient. The motorhome itself was really clean and had everything we needed, the shower and fridge worked really well on the gas which was great as I had no hook up. I had to call when I parked up as I had forgotten how to switch the gas on and they talked me through what to do really clearly. Handover on return was smooth. Overall I can not rate this company highly enough. Fab service, helpful staff and the perfect motorhome!

This was our first taste of a motor home holiday, so hiring a van locally was great. The van had pretty much everything you might want in a camper van, it was easy to drive, and the service from the team was great. Just looking forward to our next escape.

Two nights away in this lovely Motorhome to 'see how it went'. At collection Eleanor, Harvey and the team couldn't have been more helpful and Roller Team Zaffiro 665 Alexa-Mae was a joy to occupy and drive - even on the Fenland roads!

First rate customer service and clean and reliable motorhomes. Rented 4 berth for 12 days which was no problem even though and odd number of days. Everything explained and handover very well done. Deposit returned very quickly. No doubt we will rent again.

We have just spent 2 weeks doing the NC500 route plus more and can say that the trip was amazing, the motorhome we hired was the 696 and she handled everything with easy, the auto gearbox was a god send to be honest, as for Your Motorhome what a wonderful company, nothing was to much trouble for them even when I called with some stupid questions, I will be using them again and would recommend them to anybody who is looking to hire a motorhome.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day girls break. The motorhome was brand new so obviously immaculate but the extras added inside made our stay luxurious and comfortable. The customer service we received was fantastic and Harvey and Eleanor were only a phone call away with any queries. Would highly recommend.
