I'm Gabrielle's client for more than 8 years. I believe that should say it all. I'm a man and I'm lazy when talking about shopping and picking up clothing, plus I'm very busy during the day and shopping is the last on my schedule. A styling session with Gabrielle is great fun. You leave with a new understanding of which colours and styles suit you best and where to shop for them. She looks at hair colour, jewellery style, shoes, glasses etc. I highly recommend her for a fresh outlook on all things style and fashion related.

I have booked Gabrielle Teare personal shopping and styling service for the 2nd time and I am so pleased with all the beautiful clothes she selected for my body shape and skin complexion. After two years of pandemic I really needed help to update and inject the right colours to my wardrobe. At the time of making a booking, I flagged that my grandfather was terminal and the appointment may not be kept if he took a turn for the worse and asked if these would be an issue. I was told by Gabrielle that this was fine and now she is refusing to refund my £100. Despite trying to resolve this amicably, I’m now pursuing a legal remedy for this amount and the associated costs with the court proceedings.The ts and cs on the website are only applicable if the contract was concluded on these, our contract was concluded separately, during a phone call and correspondence over WhatsApp.
