A great bookshop. The staff are helpful and the place is well stocked. The childrens section has a fish tank which adds a nice touch to keep young uns occupied.

Quiet unhurried place where you are free to browse at leisure. Wide, wide selection of books fiction and non fiction, children's section is particularly good. Great selection of gifts to top up your book purchase. I particularly like the staff notes and recommendations beside selected books. Good big print meant I wasn't diving for glasses. Polite helpful staff who have actually read the books not just glanced and the blurb. It makes such a difference.

The Staff are always very helpful and friendly.They have some lovely children's books in, which is what l was looking for today and l bought a lovely bookmark with pictures of sea lions on it. for my Grandson.

The only bookshop in Wilmslow so must be supported, we used to have 3!

Great shop, cards, books, board games and even Dungeons and Dragons sets. I bought a card and the server was very polite.

Never had a bad experience here. Sometimes my children spend forever to choose something and they’ve never being rushed from staff here.

A lovely bookshop with a large selection for a small town. Friendly atmosphere and if they don’t have what you are looking for the staff will either find an alternative or will order the desired item in for you. Great shop and well worth a visit.

Should have been five stars. We're very helpful and friendly, helped me on what books to purchase for grandchildren. Will definitely shop there again.

I went to the Wilmslow Branch of Waterstones.I was looking for a fun, but educational book for my 2 year old Grandsons Birthday.The shop assistant was very helpful in showing me the books that are more robust for a 2 year old, but also that help them learn and are fun.There were a few people in the shop with their masks on and there was enough distance between everyone.At the till there was social distancing and the shop assistant was very helpful and patient, especially when l could not find my Waterstones membership card.She re-issued another card for me and said all my previous points would be transferred to the new card.Waterstones have an interesting and far ranging selection of books, covering many interests and age ranges.You can order a book online and pick it up in store. Takes approximately 2 day's to reach the store.A very pleasant experience and l recommend Waterstones as a book store to visit.
