Friendly accomodating staffClean safe units. The only thing is l don't understand why you have to buy a pad lock for the unit on top of the rental price. Surely that should be included in the price.

After having a very stressful week sorting out a move I was greeted by the lovely Rachel at safestore Guildford who I cannot thank enough for her professionalism and kindness! There were some issues with the info I had sent over and all was sorted quickly and nicely! Could not be happier with the service these guys gave and managed to get a very good price for the room I have rented!To anyone who needs storage space in a stressful situation I cannot recommend these guys enough they have been nothing short of amazing and have put my worries at rest knowing my stuff is safe and sound!I would give 6 stars if possible!

Thank you very much Safestore for smooth experience when in need to store our belongings somewhere. All staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful, going well above and beyond when for example running late due to traffic so kept the store open for few minutes longer etc. can’t remember all the names but Rachel and Luke are some to mention as particularly smiley people. I've been using it for a year I just left the storage finally empty it out, everything worked fine and everyone was so nice, Rachel helped me today with the last arrangements to leave the storage space. I recommend this place, easy and good.
