Only 4 stars as didn't have the extra wide Christmas wrap and couldn't say if they would get anymore in, with 7 weeks till Christmas.But had the best Christmasy shop entrance I have seen this year.

What a range, they have got such a wide variety of stock. I popped in for some compost for the garden, and spent an hour looking at the many interesting things they have. It's going to be my first call when I'm shopping.

Although I couldn't find what I was looking for on the day, there is a great variety of products available and the staff are helpful. I've only given 4 stars on this review because a lot of the floor space was taken up by boxed new stock which was being unpacked and some of the areas were difficult to navigate.

A nice large range, which had a good layout so could get to all the different items we wanted. Staff were friendly and quick on the tills. Got what we needed and always do when we visit.

poor pricing information. loads of missing price tickets and stock in shelves all mixed up and untidy. Very pleasant young guy on express checkout though. He looked mixed race with dark hair. Female middle aged woman supervisor next to him was a stressed out ogre however...

The selection of goods is nice. The staff isn’t very friendly, nor helpful. They act like you have inconvenienced them in some way by showing up.

Although there is a wide range of products and they appear to be of good value (cheap), the stock is poorly managed and prices are hard to discern. Sadly the staff do not appear capable of being particularly helpful and in one case almost obstructive in assisting a basic enquiry. Despite a queue of 6 people they struggled to open a single till resulting in an extended wait to checkout. A distinctly haphazard experience.

Christmas Season is Just Starting to Appear at the Range and Halloween still hasn't happened yet.Lots of boxes throughout the store ready to be unpacked for Christmas.They have already started setting up the Christmas Area upstairs with a selection of Christmas Trees and Indoor and Outdoor Christmas Ornaments Statues and Lights.Car Park Outside is shared with the Nearby Stores but there seemed to be plenty of spaces but come nearer Christmas time spaces will be hard to find.There wasn't much of a Queue at the tills when leaving today, and only 2 of the Tills were open but the staff were fast and efficient.

I am happy with some of the products we purchased from there however, I am not impressed with the following:1. Items misplaced and not put in their correct locations.2. Broken items left on the shelves and not replaced.3. Some items having no price tag so you haven't a clue how much they cost.4. The café If I was a health inspector I wouldn't be very impressed, dirty floors, work surfaces and tables. The coffee was tasteless the food (Croissants) looked burnt and the service was slow and terrible because they place your drinks down without any due care.
