Brilliant experience from ringing up to make an appointment with Linda Lord. When we went in and met with Linda regarding changing our car she was very helpful and had an idea of what we would like to look at. She was able to get us the deal we wanted on another Zoe by speaking with her manager. Today we met to hand our old Zoe over and pick up the new one. We received a truly exceptional customer service from this dealership. We're not from Leicester (so the dealership is not local to us), but they had just the vehicle we wanted in stock. Consequently, most of our communication took place via the phone and email. Shez and Steven have been very friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the process. It was our first time buying a car in the UK, so understandably we had queries and concerns, but they were quick to respond and reassure us. They did all they could to get us the deal we wanted and it was wonderful to finally meet the whole team when we picked up the car! Everything went smoothly and some last glitches with the Renault app were speedily dealt with by Richard and others. I would certainly purchase a car with them again -- thoroughly recommended!
