Waterhouse Braintree Ltd

Waterhouse Braintree has re opened, now under new ownership. I had my GLC serviced here today, and was very please with the process, from booking to completion. After happily using Waterhouse in Chelmsford for decades (now closed). It's great to have a proper Mercedes independent in the area again. Highly recommended!

I have to say these guys are fantastic. I have an old Mercedes 99 plate. I spoke to 3 different mechanics and all 3 said it was terminal. So I decided to take it to Waterhouse for a fault diagnostic. Turns out its not terminal and she has plenty of life in her yet. I was so close to having her scrapped. Currently waiting on parts also ordered through these guys. So she will be up and running in no time. Thanx to everyone at Waterhouse. Fantastic service.

I have been taking my car to Waterhouse for several years as not only closer to me but also a lot more reasonably priced compared to any main dealerships. So it was a win-win. I found the staff really courteous and professional. I was therefore mortified to hear that the place had shut down at the crucial time when I was changing my car to a point where I had almost given up on owning another Mercedes as there is no other place such as Waterhouse in Braintree. I needn't worry. When I heard that it was taken over by VWAudiTec in Chelmsford where I have been taken my VW for the past 14 years, this was the best piece of news ever as I trust them entirely. They have just given me a lifeline and enabled me to purchase another Mercedes knowing that they will able to maintain the vehicle and fix any issues at an honest price. Nothing is never too much bother and if they can help, they will. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for several years, not sure why. Service without a smile, mechanical in more ways than one. Just spent nearly £1000, had to go elsewhere for wheel balance, didn’t even give it a clean.

Had diagnostic check done this am on my 99 SLK. All very helpful and sorted the problem A±++++

Our whole family in Braintree and London has been going to Waterhouse for 20 years now and we have nothing but BIG PRAISES !! for them. They are honest,helpful,courteous and will always go that extra mile to make sure the cars are safe/legal and will never make you overspend to what you don't need.You might pay that bit extra on MOT but not only they go through the car's MOT checks, at the same time they also inspect more to give you that valuable advise and precise work recommendation if needed so you don't get ripped off elsewhere.It's not easy to find such a consienscious and trustworthy garage like Waterhouse these days.Shaun / Carl /Team ,Thank you very much for your outstanding continuous support and customer care.
