Disgraceful customer service. They are happy to take your money but refuse to refund it when goods are sent back. Be aware of them on marketplace Amazon and Ebay. Scammers

I can also see how this business has earned its poor reviews! I purchased an automatic chicken coop door from this company via Amazon . The product was faulty on installation and wouldn’t calibrate properly . The door would also close on its own after a few minutes when set on manual mode.I reported the fault to the seller AND sent photographic evidence of the fault ( this was not acknowledged) . I duly packaged up the item carefully and returned it with all its accessories. I then had to chase up the seller for a refund only to then receive half the amount because the seller arbitrarily stated the product is not faulty and did not get returned in its original box so can’t be resold ! Under consumer law a product, if faulty does not have to be returned in its original packaging ! As long as the faulty item itself is returned this is sufficient .Caveat emptor with this business!!! I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere and if I’d seen the reviews beforehand I certainly would have done !

Don’t use this company. They advertise a very low price and then say it’s dispatched and two days later it’s ‘lost in the post’ and they refund without any offer to replace. Denied me my rights under the consumer goods act. Very dishonest and poor company and now looking at other reviews I can see how bad they are. If you have an issue, report to Amazon investigations team like I have. The more of us that do it, the more likely they’ll improve.

EBay customer.Bought LIME GREEN over reach boots. Received DARK GREEN.Contacted seller who wanted to just ask the same things. Over and over sending photos.ITEM CAME IN A GREY BAG, SOME NAFF GIFT VOUCHER AND PRINTOUT RECEIPT.After 12 days, they stopped replying. Wrote on their fb page and got threatened of being reported - they said they did because of it and said they wouldn’t deal with me unless I delete it.Deleted it. They replied. They stopped replying.Got ebay involved. They read chat and suggest I report.Sent items back.Church SIGNED for item but didn’t tell EBay they got it back.EBay again had to get involved.Church refunded me 50% as “can’t sell goods due to no tags” THERE WAS NEVER ANY TAGS. They clearly do this a lot don’t refund full price.Wish I read reviews.

Goods arrived damaged. Bottle shampoo broken and spilled into packaging. Sent photos of broken bottle was told they will send a replacement pump for a £20 bottle of shampoo which was going to be a Christmas gift. I did tell them that a lot of the shampoo had come out of the bottle into the packaging and after some more explanation was sent a replacement bottle. Customer care were not very understanding in realising that the product was broken when arrived and it was going to be a Christmas present for our local dog groomer. Thank you anyway for replacing the broken bottle, very kind. The product when it finally arrived was fabulous. You did tell me how rude I was and that I was a nasty customer but hey looks like you do that to a lot of your customers who complain.

Avoid at all costs, withheld £25 of my refund as the cardboard box had sellotape and a label on it! I’ve reported them to Ebay and Trading Standards as they flaunt the returns policy for their own gain. Unpleasant company.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a rug, it arrived. I was unhappy with the material. Returned and only refunded £18!!Rug also had what looked like ink marks all over it.Obviously I will be reporting to the ombudsman. Only wish I had read reviews first.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and products. Ordered a product which arrived with a scruffy date sticker stuck to it with only under a few weeks shelf life date which was no good as i wanted it to take away on holiday. I messaged to explain it had a short date and i expected it to be longer as i needed it for a holiday and the person was very rude to me, would not help at all. I sent the product back and they didn’t give me a full refund. I have now bought a much better product elsewhere. Do not use this company worst i have come across and have put in a formal complaint

Update: They lie in the review reply. They did not send a right size of the item that I ordered and they did NOT refund me. It was Amazon who refunded me for the shipping label and the product(even the shipping label refund money were only to spend for Amazon purchases). Also,it's not Royal Mail fault at all. Stop blaming other people of your mistake and stop lying.If you buy from them,better hope you don't need to return the product. They put a wrong size in my order,I requested a return (bought through Amazon) and it was accepted. Bought the shipping label (Royal mail tracked, because that's how they demand it to be) and tried to send it through the post office and was turned down. Tried to post through a different post office, was turned down again. In a third attempt at a different post office again I was finally told by the staff I can only send the parcel with that label through the Delivery office rather than the post office. Was also told that it's quite normal to have to send it that way. Had to wake up at 6 am on a weekend to get to the Delivery office as it was closing at 8 am and it was the last day I could send the parcel according to the label(because I spent all the time trying to send it and running around different post offices). It was sent and arrived to Church equestrian. However,I NEVER GOT A REFUND for the shipping label from them. I explained everything not just once to them and showed a picture of the parcel with the label,the tracking number was showing they got it,they CONFIRMED they got it,showed the receipt of buying the label with their address from Royal mail(email with the order of the label) and yet they kept demanding a physical receipt from me proving I had sent the parcel". However
