Went in this morning when they opened to look at getting a new dishwasher. By 11am one was plumbed in and running a cycle, and the old one was taken away for me.100% highest standard of service.

A great shop, very helpful and friendly staff team. When I needed an extra large cardboard box, I was taken to the back of the shop and extra packing was also thrown in, free of charge. I shall be visiting more often!

If you live local to Long Sutton then Pledgers is the place to buy your electrical stuff because - the staff are friendly and helpful, more importantly they know what they're talking about and even more importantly the after-sale service is superb.

Really handy place with great service. There's not many places that offer free local delivery, installation and disposal of white goods or electricals. Once you've taken that into consideration it's often cheaper than the big sheds or online.

Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. They offer the sort of good old fasioned level of customer service that most other outfits have long since forgotten about. And as a bonus, they're also some of the nicest folk you could meet!

I purchased a Samsung Washing machine via the Euronics website knowing Pledgers have a very good reputation for looking after Customers".My machine was fitted very professionally on the the date and time agreed.After fitting I realised there was no serial N0 and the owners hand book was in Spanish. Pledgers supplied me with the serial N0
