I have rented with Jamal for the last 3 years in 3 different flats and can honestly say you won’t find any landlord as understanding and helpful as they have been! Whenever I have had an issue to fix in the flat they usually send someone out the same day. Being a student sometimes can be a struggle for rent and every time I have needed a little longer to pay they have been accommodating, which has really helped me during more difficult times. Another great thing is that they have some of the best prices, I haven’t seen any cheaper from different letting agents and all the flats I have lived in have been great value for money. Overall had a great experience and would recommend to any student seeking to rent in Dundee :)

Renting with Jamal Property World has been great! Any students who are looking for places to stay whilst in Dundee should go with Jamal Property World.If any issues with the flat occurred, someone was usually sent out on the same day and very quickly.All emails or queries were answered quickly and staff were always polite and friendly.The flat was very spacious, clean and was furnished. The rental price was great especially for the nice location it was in.A great thanks to Nadeem and Shaheed as they both provided a great level of service whilst I was a tenant. Thank you for dealing with all my questions and doing it in a kind and polite manner.

I rented a two bed flat from Jamal Property World on Perth Road during my last two years at university. Out of the three landlords I have had during my time in Dundee, he has been the best. The team in the office were always very friendly and helpful. The flat was in good condition and any requests we made for new furniture were always granted with no questions and very quickly. I have moved away from the area and we received our full deposit back within the week. I would recommend anybody looking to rent in Dundee to go with Jamal Property World!

I have stayed at their property for a year and it has been quite smooth and comfortable. Mr Jamaal and Mr Nadeem are very supportive. The repair service requests were always promptly noticed by Mr Nadeem and were efficiently solved by Weidi.I was a student when I shifted in the property and the less deposit and no requirement of any guarantor was a big relief!Thank you to the Jamaal Property World for adding to the good memories to my UK journey :)

Jamal Property World is the first landlord I came across when I came to the UK. I got to know about them via another Sri Lankan friend and they also highly recommended JPW. Although I cannot compare from my experience, I find the services of JPW extremely good than what other people say about their landlords. Flat on Dudhope Street was very spacious with great sized rooms and plenty of storage space. Flat was kitted out with the standard stuff which lasted brilliantly throughout our two year stay. On the rare occasion anything did break the team were responsive and handled the situation well. I would highly recommend Jamal as his hassle free and laid back experience really sets him and his team apart from the competition.
