Love the food and there's always good deals. Shame about the lack of space around the store and at the self-service checkouts, which make safe distancing nigh on impossible, especially when many people continue to be oblivious to the need to make an effort to socially distance.

It's definitely a Marks and Spencers, was not disappointed to find something else. Obviously, the entrance is covid safe, just like any other store, before meandering aimlessly between aisles hopefully finding something on the shopping list. Reduced maple syrup was a bonus, despite having no clue what I'm going to use it for, possibly pancakes, or dare I say waffles if I'm feeling more American that particular morning. Definitely with bacon, because I'm not some kind of heretic who puts syrup on chicken. But, yeah, straight to the point, it's a store, it's open, it has.... Stuff.... Thank you and goodnight.

I love the M&S food hall. Lovely fresh products, excellent quality and the shop is open till late. I avoid it over weekends as it can become rather crowded. Best times to visit is after 7PM in the week.

Very good local store. A short queue to get in (2 minutes), but pretty empty once inside; I was collecting some shoes, ordered online & I was able to get served immediately because there was no queue. Excellent service and very convenient.We shop here for food too and it is always good quality with some good options, such as prawns & rice noodles which my teenage son loves!

I went to pick up a food order and just wanted to thank a few people at the Marks & Spencer store in Teddington. Armond in the bakery was a total superstar- very kind, efficient and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with selecting and packing the bakery items. Janet was really lovely, friendly and organised. A big thanks as well to Louise and Roy who were also so helpful and approachable. It was pouring that day and Roy helped me to my car, without my needing to ask him. One of the best M&S stores around. Thank you!

Pros: High-quality food, traceable beef, clean store, good range, medium-sized store.Cons: Not the best in terms of value for money, but to be fair, Tesco and Sainsbury's are equal to M&S for value for money.
