Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Newcastle Scotswood Road

Really helpful team in this branch, looked after us with the van rental explained all about the vehicle and the tail lift. There was no assumption that I’d ever driven such a large vehicle either so tips on controlling it also given. Only slight issue was no sticker anywhere inside the vehicle saying how tall it was for low bridges but that didn’t prove to be an issue anyway.

Booking was easy, but vehicle arrived over an hour late, making me late for work. The staff didn’t seem bothered or eager to assist in any way. Would not recommend if you value customer service and your time.

Work van needed repaired and I was off the road with a massive work load still on schedule. This company had me a 7.5 tonne tailgate lift Mercedes Benz in half a day. The van was made into what I needed and it served some further tasks. I could not fault the customer service, clarity on prices and general politeness towards their customers. I managed to break even on that week due to the services this department provides and that included paying for my vehicle to be repaired, hard to achieve but these people are precision at their work thank you

Car booked for over a month, plenty of notice whilst ours was going in for repairs. Car never showed up after being promised like for like executive car. No phone call. Lots of chasing, time wasting and annoyance, a c class merc showed up- definitely not like for like. Chips to paint, scratches and alloys scuffed to bits. Smelling of smoke inside. Returned within 1 hour as not worth the risk of them rinsing you for damage that already exists. Read trustpilot reviews first. It’s a shame insurance companies are still using them in fairness. Avoid unless you want a sub-par standard of customer service, mediocre cars and/or lied to repeatedly by the staff.

I hired a car for the weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful. The car was spotless and felt like new to drive! I'm definitely going to use them again in the future! Would highly recommend!

Rented cars with them twice now, and both times, service was amazing. Staff members were patient, friendly and prompt. Ellie (apologies if I spelt your name wrong) and Tammie, kudos to you. Cars were in good condition as well. One of the warning lights in the car was persistently on and Tammie got her manager (sorry I didn't get his name) to help resolve it before I drove off. Thank you all for the lovely experience, will definitely rent again.

I had cars from Scotswood branch 3 times, last 2 times was absolutely trouble. It seems they dont service cars properly. And they are not bothered to apologise. I definitely do not recommend. We missed flights because of they over filled engine oil. When we explained the situation they said they will refund 1 day back. It has been more then 2 week didn't get any refund. And when we call they dont even know anything. Absolutely rubbish. I wont go back there. STAY AWAY. STAY SAFE.
