Worst delivery company I've dealt with, always excuses. You can't speak to anyone and the online chat is always busy. They give a day and a time slot and never turn up and then say they did - that's it my 2 dogs that can hear a butterfly fly past are sacked. This company is rubbish.

Large garden party arranged within 10 days of ordering my garden furniture. A promise of a 3-4 day delivery. The delivery came, however my goods were not on the Waggon, I had the whole content of the Waggon on my drive but no furniture. I was so dissapointed, the drivers rang the warehouse and a promise of delivery Friday (day before my party). I spoke to the warehouse and a promise of A Friday delivery. Needless to say after my 2nd day off work, I got a text to say delivery between 1-3pm on Friday. No one came. I called, left a message,hung on the phone for over an hour and no response, you can’t get anyone and they don’t call you back. Party went ahead without my furniture. Heard absolutely nothing until 5 days later, a text to say delivery will be at 12 today……. I doubt that very much. £500 to get a load of stress.

Good Service & Quick Delivery.I was kept up to date on my documents and received emails regularly to let me know when my documents were ready.Tracking available on the website also.Plenty of parking available.Please note you cant just enter the building like the post office to collect your parcel.You have to press the buzzer and wait for a response from the receptionist who will then ask you for your tracking number and will come down to give you your documents/parcel.I was waiting roughly about 10 mins max which isn't bad at all, but I was let in by a member of staff who was outside the building on break as it was windy and cold but this may not always happen.Be sure to bring Identification of two types just in case.Drivers licence & Birth certificate are fine.I have taken a couple of photos just to help out as a few people on here seem to have got lost whilst travelling to this destination.It's not far from the M62 both ways.Infact just a couple of mins from M62.Overall experience was good.I have no complaints.Please note also that on the US Embassy website it states this will be delivered to Leeds which is a mistake.Your parcel will be delivered to Normanton, Wakefield.Thanks to the lad who let me in out of the cold.

Trying to drop off something for my visa application, arrived here at 1.45pm on a Saturday, no one answered the buzzer, no one answered the phone, car park was pretty empty, despite their closing time is 2pm on Saturdays! We came all the way from another city so that was a waste of time and petrol. Very disappointing!

After I Booked my parcel out to leave the next day between 9am and 5.30pm, I got a message the next day at dinner time to say they won’t be collecting it and I have to rearrange another slot, no reason given, no guarantee that it will be picked up at the next slot, no number to ring to ask about why, a complete waste of time. Can I get a refund? It doesn’t look like it as it’s my first time booking and I didn’t open an account,

Absolutely amazing service, missed my delivery spoke to the staff over at Normanton, they were able to get the driver to come back later on that day to save me having to drive to Normanton or wait for next day delivery. Big thanks to Caroline and my driver (I hope I’m right to call him Shane/Shaun).

Went to pick up my passport - a lovely lady from a different team let me in and tried to alert the collection people, eventually she came down again and went and got them for me. It turns out no one from the collection team was stood manning the desk where the buzzer the signage had said to ring was sounding - but this wasn't at all on the signs outside. Would have been stood there maybe all day if it wasn't for the lady in another team who got the staff for me. She was hugely apologetic. When the collection manager came out with my passport he was acting really cheerful and didn't seem to grasp that he'd left me waiting for 20 mins.

Wow just looking at all the different DX deliveries out there they did a good trick by making one for each depot rather than using a single one. These guys are the worst delivery company in the country. Driver is useless automated support useless people on the phone are nice but ultimately useless.
