Well good professional set up. Made my kids feel like they were YouTubers. Fast and clean PCs. Defo coming here again.

Setup is OK...but staff are pretty poor at acknowledging customers...would rather be watching their friends play on the PC. So poor customer service. Been stood around 15 mins and still not been approached. Eventually got seen to but then having to mess about signing up to a club I didn't want to join. So walked out. Will head over to Bury or Blackpool arcade club next time. Better experience there, ran by actual competent staff!!! And if the owners are interested at all. I visited on 31st July at around 13:20. Left by 13:35. So you can see which poor staff were on shift

Quite a good place for a quick visit. Been before but decided to book for a party but I'd probably recommend not getting the party package and just pre booking the amount of seats you need. The party package isnt with the value. But the visit itself is worth it if you pay the regular seat booking charge.

We don't have a games console at home, so when my step sons (13 and 15) came to stay for 3 weeks, we bought the monthly subscription. Unfortunately, the weather was dreadful, but the boys didn't mind and enjoyed playing there.The staff are absolutely excellent, they really know their stuff.

Had a kids birthday party for 12 at Belong (Game). Thanks to Jamie and Neil for running round after them and looking after all their gaming requests. Highly recommended, kids(aged 9-10) had a great time.

I enjoy this place quite a bit and honestly it's a good escape from reality sometimes.The net can be a lil choppy at times but the gaming experience is there, competitions, friendly people and lovely helpful staff who do their best to make you comfortable.There's snacks and drinks to also choose from and variety of consoles to choose from.Definitely a good place to go.

The staff here are amazing and the service is second to none! Going overboard to cater to our needs, they have American snacks and drinks, host kids parties and national tournaments! The hourly price is a steal!!
