Truly shocking company and shocking experience. Agreed to carry out work under the green scheme. Messed us around no end. Office staff promised much and to call back but rarely did.When they came to extract old insulation they only carried out part of the job. An independent inspected their work only to find that they had left some old insulation in and to top it off did not take away the insulation they extracted but left it on the drive. Multiple promises to call back, collect old extracted insulation but to no end. The worse company I have come across for over 20 years. Have now completed work with a company that actually knows what they are doing. They complained that previous clients had failed to pay initial payment after extraction so they needed payment straight away. Now I know why people didn't pay in the past. Please avoid save your money and find a company that knows what they are doing. You have been warned ! Cowboys

They did a great job repointing our homes brickwork. Very quick, I highly recommend them!

We needed to insulate our home as we were losing too much heating during winter. We contacted Pro Point who were happy to carry out the extraction and insulation. They mentioned the Government Green Scheme and after applying we did qualify which was handy.The Pro Point team arrived promptly (earlier this year) and completed the extraction without any issues. They returned the following week to start the insulation install and were unable to, due to freezing temperatures arresting their equipment. At this point, politics entered the scenario.Pro Point were having trouble being paid for work, that they had already completed, as there were issues with the Government Green Scheme and intermediaries paying them. This, unfortunately, meant that our insulation install was delayed (this may have affected the other reviewer below).I could understand the difficult position that Pro Point were in. Not only were we dealing with another lockdown but they weren't being paid. Obviously that would affect wages, the purchase of materials and they needed to make a difficult decision, through no fault of their own. They had to prioritise paying customers.I had many phone calls with Pro Point however updates were non-existent as the intermediary company/ government were not helping companies (like Pro Point) or customers, like myself. A crazy position to be in!Pro Point's Director gave us a call to give us an update (which was excellent from a customer service point of view) however not much had happened, even though many weeks had passed.Pro Point made the decision to insulate our home, at a loss to themselves, as it was getting closer to our baby's due date.The Pro Point Team arrived on time, completed the work to a high level, were friendly and professional.I would like to thank Maria and the Pro Point Team and would recommend Pro Point to others as I was happy with their service during challenging and unprecedented times.Thank you!

Professional from start to finish - Extremely helpful, informative and communicative when I phoned them about the work required. The guy's that did the pointing we're on time, took the time to talk through exactly what i wanted, but most importantly took extreme pride in the finish. I would highly recommend, and will be using them again.

Such a positive team, Sam & Rhys completed a terrific cavity wall job on our house today, much more tricky than first thought but they remained positive and energetic and resolved all challenges with patience, knowledge and professionalism. Then at the end of a long day they cleaned up, you wouldn't have known they'd been there. Maria co-ordinated the project brilliantly; I couldn't recommend anyone more, I'll be straight back to them on the next project. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We did and they were unreliable, their work was poor quality - we had to pay to have some of it redone - there were constant delays, they did not clear rubbish from the site and there lack of care caused damage to several area's of our property, including our brand new windows. They also failed to address problems we raised or respond satisfactorily to our complaints and refused to compensate us for the damage!
