What a great first experience of the salon - from the warm, friendly lady I met first on reception to Natalie who was fabulous. I knew I was in safe and competent hands from the start and I was thrilled with the result. I came away having passed such a pleasant hour and even my husband said he really liked the way my hair had been cut and styled!! Thank you and I’m looking forward to my return visit already x

This was my first visit to have my hair cut and coloured at KH - definitely won’t be my last!I’ve had a few bad results previously at other hairdressers, but left feeling absolutely great today.Mollie was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease, listening to exactly what I needed. She did such a great rescue job on correcting my colour - phew!I’ve just found myself a new hairdresser - just wish I’d have tried here earlier!

Went this afternoon, with an emergency. Daughter had got a comb stuck in her long curly hair. The staff there were absolutely amazing. Took us both through and started to try and get the comb out, which they did without cutting it. Offered us some good advice, about which comb my daughter needed. Even offered us a drink, while we waited. The staff here are super nice friendly, and knowledgeable. They are a credit to the shop. Thank you ou so much, for your help.

Always a warm welcome , when entering the salon. Helen is highly recommended.. she know what I want. I always leave the salon , feeling wonderful, after a cut and blow dry.

I have been coming here for almost three years after a disastrous colour at another salon. I emailed KH on a Sunday to make an enquiry and explain my issue, and was astounded to get a phone call from Dawn, the owner, a few minutes later who was happy to discuss my problem and made me an appointment to see Helen, their colour specialist. Helen sorted out my colour, making me feel 'me' again, and also left my hair in great condition. After years of my hair breaking off at the ends due to the bad colouring I had been having, my hair is soft and healthy, and growing!I am very happy with KH and would never go anywhere else!

Had my hair cut by Lottie today. She cut it exactly how I wanted. I have only been there once before but she remembered everything even down to the shampoo I use. Would recommend this salon.

Keith Hall Arnold is an excellent hair salon and I would certainly recommend the stylist Mollie. She listens to what you want and advises on what is best for your hair type and colour. I am pleased with my hair every time I go.

So pleased with my hair today, Helen has yet again done an amazing colour job on my challenging head. Working with grey roots at the front, with darker greying hair at the back, she achieved an overall fabulous multi toned blonde colour. Again I left the salon not only very happy, but feeling 10 years younger, thank you! X
