My daughter and I have been doing yoga for mums and babies/toddlers with Konnie for almost a year. It's a nicely chilled atmosphere; Konnie is so welcoming and is fabulous with the kids. It's great to be able to recenter and relax with the little ones around as well as to introduce them to yoga from such a young age. Highly recommend.

Konnie is an amazing yoga teacher. I use her for 1-2-1 sessions and she tailors every session based on my requirements on the day. She is patient, kind and warm and I would definitely recommend. I’ve attended some group sessions too which have had an amazing grounding energy.

I have done pregnancy yoga, Mum’s and baby, and ‘normal’ yoga classes with Konnie. The studio is light and airy and she is warm and welcoming, her classes are the perfect balance of challenging and restorative. She explains the theory behind the poses allowing for a greater understanding of your practice.I have done her pregnancy yoga classes through two of my pregnancies and then gone on to do the postnatal classes and have found them to be a great support, both through her teaching and connecting with other mums.Couldn’t recommend her classes more highly.

Its flexibility in more ways that one with Konnie's Yoga!1:1 yoga sessions helped enormously with relaxation during an anxiety/ depression stage of my life. Konnie is such a good listener; explains the moves so clearly and tailors the session to you. Later I felt confident enough to join a class- here's flexibilty again- zoom or in her delightful home studio. Various practices full of therapeutic stretching and breathing allowing tensions to be released in a relaxed manner where Konnie gives you choice of difficulty and makes you feel comfortable at all times. I never want the sessions to end and they don't as Konnie kindly records the session and sends us the link so that we can practice safely in our own time. Can't ask for much more than that. Konnie always finishes with meditation/relaxation & soothing music at the end of each 1.5 hr sessions on a Tuesday morning.If you want to feel you have moved muscles you never knew you had and find yourself in a good place and ready to face the day don't hesitate to contact Konnie.Good value for money so don't miss out.

Konnie is a brilliant yoga teacher very knowledgeable, very kind and patient I do enjoy my one to one sessions with her.

I have enjoyed yoga with Konnie for the past year+, and always feel so much better after my sessions with her. She adapts classes to help everyone with their issues. I love that it changes and isn't the same routine each time. It is also a very relaxing environment for yoga.
