When I originally decided to try hypnotherapy I was very sceptical of the outcome. I was at a very low point and felt that I had no way back to being myself. However within 2 sessions I was quite relaxed with the process, and was learn strategies to help with my mood and how to react in those difficult situations.My therapist made me feel relaxed and at ease, and very easy to talk to. I would recommend this alternative therapy to everyone
