Couldn't have asked for better service. I booked the job at short notice and they accommodated my narrow window of time and did a really nice job in carpeting a small upstairs room. It wasn't the biggest or most profitable job for them, but my needs were respected and expectations exceeded. For a small fee the old carpet was removed and disposed of and the room was left clean and tidy. I recommend them without hesitation.

I would certainly avoid dealing with Mark. Very unprofessional and has a large chip on his shoulder! He quoted us for vinyl plank flooring and told us we didn't need plywood on our floor.The job was done and the flooring was not up to scratch I.E needed plywood as the planks where moving underfoot. When we confronted him about this he told us we had to pay an extra 95 pound on top for it to be corrected!! He then went on to say it's a good job and if we didn't like it then they would come and uplift it. This is after he us accused of lying and twisting his words, and being rude to other family members who were potential customers.Richard did a good job of laying the floor, it's a shame his consultant is so rude and seems completely uniterested in customer satisfaction .Unfortunately I would not recommend.

Had carpets fitted in bedroom, hall, stairs and landing yesterday. From the first call to this business, to the guy coming out to give a quote, then the guys actually fitting the carpets, my husband and i, were very impressed with the service. Everyone is very friendly, down to earth and they all have great customer service. The carpets not only look great, they are good quality and that teamed up with the excellent professional fitting, my husband and i are more than happy to recommend this company , we are very impressed with them and will definitely be using them again, in the future!! THANKS GUYS.
