I bought a pair of used Leica binoculars from this shop yesterday and couldn’t fault the service I received; knowledgeable, helpful, friendly - and patient! An excellent range of binoculars to choose from but no sales pressure whatsoever. Could I have saved a bit by buying online? Possibly, but not a lot, and the value of being able to compare multiple pairs and get advice from someone who really knows what they’re talking about far outweighs any meagre saving. A business that’s definitely worth patronising and which we’re very fortunate to have in Harrogate.

Friendly and efficient service! I bought a new lens from these guys last year (nikon 200-500), and as is sometimes the case there is some sample variation" and I felt it wasn't performing as well as it should. They kindly took care of it for me

Spent ages at the shop deciding which bins to buy. They were both patient and professional, giving great advice and ensuring I got the right pair for me, which was a pair of Zeiss Victory Pocket 10x25. They are superb, just like the service I received.
