We approached Kirk in the summer of 2017. From the very beginning he & his family (family run business) were most helpful. We choose our stove & at the appointed time the team arrived to do the install. They were polite, efficient & very tidy.They supplied us with a thermometer, flame proof gloves & a carbon monoxide monitor as part of our package.We were so impressed we recommended them to a friend who now has his own stove fitted.I love our burner & have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone thinking of having a log burner installed.It has been a godsend during this colder than usual winter.

My partner and I had a full install including wood burning stove, chimney seal and lining and pot/cowl. Not only are we absolutely delighted with the results, we remain extremely impressed with the whole approach taken by the team from showroom and initial discussions all the way through to receiving our certification for the install. All team members are friendly, polite and you can always rely on straight and honest answers to queries. Moreover, their level of support throughout projects ensures that you always know where you stand. During the install, the team worked efficiently, cleanly and were respectful at all times. I first contacted PHE Stoves at the end of September to enquire about getting a new stove put in, I received a very quick reply from Laura who arranged a date for Kirk to come over to explore our options. Kirk arrived at the stated time, he was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Kirk listened to everything we wanted and helped us paint a picture of what it would look like. Kirk, Alex, Craig and Laura have been exceptional, the team have now completed our new fireplace in time for Christmas! I have been amazed at how hard they have worked and how quickly they have managed to complete the renovation. The team have always turned up at their stated time, have been very respectful in our home and kept mess to a minimum (as much as you can with a renovation!) All work has been carried out to an extremely high standard at a reasonable price! I'm so happy I decided to use PHE Stoves, their customer service has been great and they are all so friendly! Thanks again for doing an amazing job, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to others in the future!

Excellent service from this local family run business. Our 3 year old Potton self build was particularly tricky. Making an opening in a heavily insulated timber frame wall with battened exterior timber cladding to install the flue required skill and care. The result is outstanding.

I couldn't be happier with the work PHE Stoves carried out. I had an extensive knock out of the old fire place, and they did a clean and professional job. I couldn't be more delighted with the work that Kirk and his Team have carried out, decommissioning my existing stove, installing a beautiful granite hearth, then reinstalling/servicing the whole system. Everything has been done in a timely manner with excellent communication and advice.I would highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend PHE Stoves for their excellent service, everything from communication/customer service to hard working professional installation and commissioning has been second to none.Cannot recommend them enough.(Please note I asked for the most basic install which does not include renovating existing 1920's fireplace, so that's why the surrounding of the burner doesn't look very pretty. Everything I asked them to do has been done to a very high standard.)
