Went in to renew my caravan storage with gem caravan storage spoke with the owner, I had spoken with him the previous week and he was to send me the invoice for my renewal but he didn't. His attitude to me was that I was messing him about which I was utterly shocked to hear. His customer services skills are very much lacking. I will no longer ever use his services again. BEWARE

Hopefully they will sort out my fridge in my caravan. I'll tell you more details when done. Dougie came out and sorted it out. New fridge in place. Dougie is an absolute gem. First class care and made a disaster in to a pleasant day. Total professional and I highly recommend this bloke to sort out your caravan issues. Even my wife was quiet. I recently used Gem Caravans for a few repairs to my motorhome. Seem to be a busy business but managed to fit me in reasonably quickly. After meeting with Dougie and his engineer on the day, I left them to it feeling confident they would give the repairs their best shot. They are a registered Dometic repair centre and got my fridge up and running when I'd given up on it. My habitation door was also improved. It'll never be perfect but that was explained. The engineer also noticed a wiring issue with the leisure batteries and sorted that. It's good to have found a business that I can trust to do a decent job with something that is worth a lot of money to me. I'd use them again.

What a great find for caravan service. They helped us out last minute, did a thorough job, took time to go through what they had done and were reasonably priced. Happy to recommend.Just been back in to Gem for our 2022 (5 year service) and this is the first visit to the new yard for us. So much easier to get in and moved around. Great service again, we won't be going anywhere else other than here.
