Giving only 1 star as can't give 0. The surgery cancelled my appointment because of COVID and never asked me to make a new appointment. When I called to ask for an appointment, I was told I was removed from the surgery because of I wasn't chasing them enough and now offered me only expensive plans claiming that they don't have space for NHS patients. Also told me a different story every single time. When I complained they simply hanged up on me.

Wonderful treatment yesterday by Dr. Ioana Felecan. Six stars for the end result and friendly service. I didn't think the problem was fixable, but it was!

My faith in this practice has been completely restored by the care of Juhi. After an absolutely horrendous experience of one of the other dentists, I am so grateful that Juhi was able to offer a comprehensive solution to my needs. I would recommend her patient and professional approach to anyone and her treatment has given me back the confidence in my smile!

I recently went for a check up for my teeth. This was my first time in the new location and I had a new dentist called Ioana Felecan.She was outstanding and I would highly recommend her. She explained clearly what she was looking for and asked if I had any problems. I explained about a small gap in my teeth and she went through various options to close this gap and improve the teeth.She was very welcoming and clearly explained all the options available to me with the costings. She has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable.She is a credit to the organisation and I will be sharing this experience with friends/family.Thank you Ioana!

I am not impressed with this dentist.I had a filling done on a tooth which was causing me no pain, but after the filling it became very sensitive and I couldn’t eat on that side of my mouth. After 8 weeks I revisited the dentist to have it checked and she said it looked a bit high so shaved it down. However I’m still getting pain and sensitivity and it’s been 3 months since having it.I called the practice twice and both times they said someone would check with the dentist about an appointment and no one got back to me. That was 3 weeks ago now.Very poor service

I have dr juhi as my dentist. Yes she's young but she is absolutely brilliant and as for a mature gentleman, I am tonally confident that she is the best skilled dentist that can be found on the NHS. If I was private...... I would not go anywhere else.Dr Juhi is evething you could expect in a skillful and concerned dentist.

Recently visited the dental practice for a filling. As soon as I walked through the door I felt at ease, the dentist and dental nurse made sure I was comfortable. Very clean and professional throughout. Would highly recommend.
