Auntie Lou has been grooming Harley (Poochon) for most of her life (she’s 7 now). Harley is anxious and has some health problems.Lou is patient, kind and super skilled. Harley is famous for her magnificent bouffant and her poofy legs, she is pruned, groomed and pampered to absolute perfection - every time…and she absolutely loves it…and her Auntie Lou.I am also self-admittedly, the most fussy Poochon Moma that could ever be, but I cannot fault Lou in any way. Harley always looks beautiful, she clearly enjoys her time with Lou, always happy on collection and to top it all off, the heavenly smell of blueberries is lush. Cannot recommend highly enough!

My pup hadn't had a groom for a while and he absolutely loved it! He came out so soft and fluffy and smelled amazing. He even let them clean his teeth which is a big deal as he hates anyone going near his mouth usually. We will be back very soon.

Bella had a lovey pamper session at Thompson and Tails on Tuesday! I can not begin to tell you how much of a difference I have seen with Bella’s malting! Bella is a Husky x German Shepherd and I had tumble weeds of white hair rolling around the house, my carpet was covered in it, UNTIL Lou worked her magic ✨Not only does she still smell AMAZING, her coat is glossy and I no longer have a house of hair! I can not recommend Thomson’s and Tails highly enough! Bella is an extremely nervous dog but was completely relaxed during her session too, so much better than any other grooming service I have experienced ♥️ Huge thanks. Needless to say Bella will be visiting again.

My Long Haired Dachsund has been with Lou since day one. She always loves to visit and get excited on spa day! My pup comes home every time looking and smelling beautiful. Lou is so friendly and shows a great knowledge in her work. Cannot recommended enough! ✨

Lou offers incredible services that'll leave you and your furry friends feeling much happier. The care and effort she puts into a dogs groom is exceptional and is exactly what you'd expect of somebody who has dogs of their own to love and care for. So important and nice to see!

I have been using Thompson & Tails for a few years now. We went to them after our pup had a bad experience. She wouldn’t go into the groomers and would cry. Lou was recommended to use by friends who spoke so highly of her. And I am now one of those people too. We now have two pups, and they both LOVE going to their pamper days. Lou takes their needs into account and will take the time the girls need of become friends and ready for their treatment.Our girls look amazing, they are happy and excited.
