Tried to remove a very elderly radiator prior to having new flooring installed on a Monday,, and through my own fault, ended up with two leaking joints. Phoned James at tea-time Saturday, and he was at my door at 8am on a Sunday morning on a bank holiday weekend. Straight forward fix in the end, but amazing service when nobody else local was answering calls. Number saved for any future problems. Greatly appreciated.
